I bought this as a gift for my wife as she's always been a fan of Apple products and her last macbook was about 8 years old. The laptop is very fast, just not a huge fan of the thunderbolt ports as then adaptors are required. Overall, a quality product that should last a long time.

Bought this as a replacement for a Macbook we got for my daughter when she first went to college nearly seven years ago. That one is still running. She wanted to move up to one with new touchbar features and other enhancements. She loves the new Macbook Pro. As always, its a cut above.

Great for business or surfing the internet! No issues a year in and would highly recommend.

I have been an HP person for the past 12 years. I decided to upgrade to Mac (finally) because my HP kept on glitching on me. I enjoy the fast speed service in my new MacBook Pro. After I bought this laptop I even decided to switch my Android to an iPhone. Best investment for school!

Pros: This Macbook is very fast and powerful for basic web browser email and advance user like photoshop and video editing. It operates well on Mac OS Sierra and sync perfectly with my iPhone and it can be unlocked by my Apple watch. Super fast USB C port. Very sharp and bright screen!!! Cons: Only come with 2 USB C port for charging and connectivity. Required an adapter and makes Macbook like an octopus. No SD card slot to extent storage.

This computer is great! I was never really a Mac fan but this one is easy to use and not confusing and the battery life is amazing and I love the way it looks and feel. I almost got use to the keyboard which does take some getting used to after being with a PC for many of years.

It's light and easy to travel with. I always complain about the speed( it's never fast enough for me) but this laptop is pretty fast. It's my first apple computer and at first it took a bit to get use to but once I got the hang of it I can't complain it's just an awsome computer.

This laptop is exactly what I wanted and needed! Does everything my older one did, plus some new features! Very quick, clear screen, and plenty of storage! I'm very happy and feel I got a great price on BestBuy.com and in store pickup was great! I didn't want to have to ship it.

I bought this after my first one being stolen. I considered other brands but was so happy with the Mac that I decided to stay with them. I have enjoyed learning new things and this has been a good choice for me, however I wish there were an Apple Store offering classes near by.

My son uses this computer for school and it’s great! He will take it to college with him.

My laptop is light weight and easy to carry around. It also boots up fast. So far, I have no complaints.

Our MacBook Air died and we needed a replacement. This fit our needs perfectly! We didn't feel a need to pay extra for a touchbar. The extra huge track pad is awesome. The keys feel great despite having less travel. It is smaller than our 2011 MacBook Air so that is also a bonus,

Got a great deal on this computer as it was for my daughters graduation gift, and I got a good discount for her being a student. Works great, she has had an HP / Microsoft before, and we only buy Apple now as they are easy to use and we have never had a problem with it.

My new MacBook Pro is the perfect computer for what I need. It has changed how how work becoming more efficient. The Apple staff and Best Buy staff were more than helpful answering all my questions complete. I highly recommend not only the MacBook Pro, but the Best Buy staff.

I have been using it over 2 months now and it's living up to the expectations. I have installed softwares (programming purpose) which consume considerable amount of Memory and CPU utilization, have not really experienced any slowness even when all the softwares are running concurrently. Display is great, I kind of like the new keyboard (though i am bit slower while using it), track pad size is good, sound is louder. Overall a great product.

I've had both the old MacBook Pro 15 inch and this MacBook Pro 13 inch, and I've got to say, this one is soooo much better. Not only is it light but the quality is great and I recommend it for college students.

Have been a mac user and windows user for all my life. While windows is catching up with Mac with its surface pro line, Mac still ahead of game when it comes to simplicity and "it just works". This doesn't have I-7 and Nvidia graphics but for needs this is more than enough computing power. Best battery life in the planet for its size. Best user experience if you are invested in apple ecosystem. On top of it best trackpad ever on any laptop. Period. However it lacks the oomph of a I-7 7700 processor but it depends on what you are using this computer for. I got this on a sale 1249 price so very similar to a dell XPS that I often see people compare this to. Dell is still a good PC but you will have to deal with less than perfect trackpad and many driver issues I had noticed with my friends. Hey this is not a windows take down but MAC gave me the least problems in the last 5 years of using both Mac and a PC. So there you have it.
