I have always loved Apple products, and have used mostly Apple "things" with the exception of a computer. This is first Mac, but love it. I do a lot of photo and video editing, and it works great for my needs. Little slow on the video side, but overall it's a great computer. Nice upgrade for me.

Had the 2012 macbook and upgraded to this, still a good all around laptop, this thing is lighter than my 2012's one

I initially struggled with this decision. I am a consultant and needed to upgrade from an older PCLaptop. I looked at Lenovo and a surface pro but decided on the Mac since I owned an iPhone and iPad. I travel for work a lot and the fact that everything Mac works together is awesome. Very happy.

It is a great apple product. It is very light and portable so you can carry it to anywhere without any extra burden

This is my second MacBook and love the convenience and clarity. BestBuy offered the best deal at this time. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. With the 10% rewards I was able to get an HP wifi printer for my new computer. Very satisfied with Apple and with Best Buy.

It worth paying extra $ for a MacBook. They have a pretty efficient OS. I finally bought it because I wanted to develop some Apple apps so I needed a MacBook or Apple computer. Only PC comparable to the quality of a MacBook would be a Surface Pro 4 or Surface book and Dell XPS 13 maybe as well.

User friendly but you should take classes if you haven't had a mac before.

I've owned previous versions and models of the Apple MacBook Pro. This is a very powerful and lightweight computer.

I am beyond pleased with my new MacBook Pro! Haven't fully learned all of the capabilities yet, but YouTube has become my primary go-to for setup and performance enhancements. The battery life is fairly decent, but could be a bit better though. Otherwise, I am pleased with the functionality.

great laptop, very lightweight yet still a powerful device. however, the keyboard frequently gets sticky keys

The keyboard is super accurate and fast to type on due to the low key travel. The trackpad is the best on the market and provides consistent haptic feedback. The SSD makes the system overall super fast despite its slower CPU. My only negative is that the battery could be better. I mainly do less intensive tasks such as simple coding, word-processing, and online courses, so it isn't as much of an issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Great laptop but change in charger and no USB another way apples wants to make more money with accessories

This was my first laptop, I went with the Mac because my daughter already owned one and liked it. I had no prior knowledge of laptops or Macs, I figured if I needed help my daughter could help me!! Well I didn't need her help at all, I was able to set it up myself with no problems!!!

I love my new MacBook Pro but being limited to USB-C is a little frustrating. You need dongles for everything.

I bought this MacBook Pro because I have another one that I have had for years that was a workhorse. I went through several other Windows computers with my kids while I had the same Mac. This one reinforces my confidence in the quality of Apple computers. No regrets with my purchase.

This MacBook runs great. The SSD and 8GB of ram is very fast and allows me to work multiple applications at the same time. There are plenty of deals on USB C adaptors to make this laptop fully functional. Gonna try and buy one for my brother in law before he goes off to school.

I'm an iPhone user since 3G but never had my own Mac before. When it was time to upgrade from the iPad my daughter who has been a Mac user from the beginning INSISTED I get this MacBook Pro. Well I'm so glad I listened! I still have so much to learn but I'm having fun learning!

Have been using it for office works and some casual use. Its working great up to now.

It's light weight so can be easily carried around campus my family has always been a fan apple products
