Love the new pro only down side is the USB c, you have to buy adapter

What can I say. Gorgeous screen. New trackpad is great. I have no problem with new keyboard. USB-C is not an issue. Plenty of options (now). Paired it with a gorgeous 27" 4K monitor for desktop use. Love my Apple devices

Nice product, easy to use good screen display. Keyboard is a little loud, w/new "Butterfly" keys, but ok, I guess new features may be considered an improvement worth the elevated sound to others... I can't say I prefer it.

I am impressed so many features for our new business and east to use

This is the bare bones MacBook Pro and definitely sets you back. That being said, I wouldn't have bought any other laptop. I used my 2012 MacBook Pro up until this purchase and have never had issues with Apple computers.

Love it the only bad thing is that it doesn't have usb or hdmi ports.

I've never owned a Mac laptop but have iPads and iPhones and Apple Watch. Was looking for new laptop and wanted something compatable with all. Has already been so helpful with work and organization of syncing everything!

Have had computer for over a month now with no complaints. The lack of usb drive is annoying but understand it is old tech and usbc will be used more in the future.

The gentleman that helped me at Best Buy was great and informative. He knew the products and talk me out of something that would not have done the job that really needed for my son it would have cost me a lot more money

Of course it's very nice machine I only use MacBook but really it's not what apple saying about 10 hours battery it's all laying not even 2 hours if you watch video big deceiving thinking to return the mac and get iMac also it's not upgraded ram so you stucking with 8 no 16 gb if you want

Brought this product for my daughter for Christmas. It was a early Christmas present. She loves it!! She is in Collage and she said she got so many compliments on her Macbook Pro 13. I strongly recommend this product..

I only use the computer for basic things like email and social media and some research and have found it very satisfactory for those purposes. I am sure that it is capable of much more when I have time to experiment

was not really confident to move up to the "pro" line of apple but after setting it up and being a "mac" user already the move was a breeze they really are making it easier to operate even for a semi-geek like myself

Bought Mac for college student to replace one from 2009, so they last a LONG time, worth the investment and the service at Best Buy was great because they helped us transfer the data from old Mac to new Mac book pro

Love that BB offers such great deals on Apple products! I will never purchase anything from the Apple Store! Thought about buying the pro with the bar, but for the price, it wasn't worth the extra $300. Love it!

Praising God for the opportunity to buy an amazing computer for College. Im almost 40 and this was an easy transition to Macs. Easier to type with and fun to use. Thank you Best Buy for the great customer service!

I may be biased, but I love Apple products. It works great, there was a bit of a transition from magsafe/usb to usb-c, but I figure, I'll have to make the conversion eventually, so that's ok. Overall, I love it!
