This laptop was bought for a high school student as a school requirement. It suited the needs as it is light, portable and fast. I was required to buy a usb c hub which consisted of usb A ports so I the flash drive, usb 2.0 wireless logitich mouse, and portable hard drive could be used. Apple laptops are great as the browser is fast as well as the applications. I would purchase the newer laptop as this one is a little outdated.

It is easy to connect with other devices like printer, TV, other network. So I had to get one for my sister as well. The keyboard is easy to navigate and durable. I just love apple products because of the durability and quality.

I purchased this MacBook with discount during Black Friday. I decided to replace my old laptop and what a correct decision. Battery life is amazing. Time to awake after being in sleep mode is only a few seconds. Migration of data, apps and settings was a snap, taking less than two hours. Doubt if I'll miss the CD drive as I haven't used one fore a couple years. The only con is that you need dongles to connect to basic stuff like SD card, USB, etc.

Bought it with the $200 off deal to replace my old Macbook Pro '09. I can say this laptop has a great portability and performs super fast. I also have to mention that with my Best Buy credit card I got a 18 month financing without interest which is really sweet.

Only thing with this computer is the new jack ports, be aware of the added expenses.

My son graduated from high school and we thought this would be a great gift in preparation for college in August. Fast processing, compact and very light. He’s already used it at home and on the road. He’s enjoying every minute of it.

Bought this as a replacement for my 6 year old MacBook Pro and couldn’t be happier that I did. The faster chip and all solid state components means start up and wake up lag time is almost nonexistent plus weighs nothing compared to the older version.

Great product would highly recommend. I have been traveling nonstop and this has helped me stay connected with high speed as well as edit my video I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for high-quality updated Mac. Apple is great with their updates.
