What a great lightweight machine capable of great things. Runs well and fast. Comes with most necessary programs loaded. However no cd drive is something to get used to.

I have had a HP desktop for years, and so happy I made the switch to apple. So user friendly so fast. What took me so long to make the switch........ I love the common sense about operating system. great graphics, volume is plenty loud enough.I have only had it about a week but so far I love everything about it. And was so easy to set up.

It is really light and fast. The screen color is perfect.

So I bought this with the additional student discount so I got it for $1099 plus tax in CA which put it at $1200~ after tax. Great machine great specs, but the only thing this lacks is a finger print ID sensor that the new MBA has and Touch Bar has. First world problems but that would've been nice and should've been standard even for this particular model. I switched from a 2013 MBA and this is a or faster, screen more vibrant and clear, and has the new lower profile butterfly keyboard that makes the device look more modern. The type feel is nice, but a bit loud. Hopefully the keyboard will hold up on this model as I know it has been an issue on older models.

I used this laptop my first semester of college and it is amazing. It is so light you don’t even feel like you have it and also very fast. Also, the best thing about it is the long lasting battery life

Bought this laptop to learn web development and I could not be more satisfied after 2 months of use. Runs fast, easy to use, and the screen is crystal clear. First Mac I ever bought and I am absolutely hooked.

I love this computer. I had a PC before this, and am never going back to PC! It is the perfect size & weight, making it very easy carry around. Additionally, it is very fast and charges quickly.

This MacBook Pro replaces one that was 6 years old. It still works fine but I wanted to upgrade and I’m so happy that I did! The screen is crisp and clear and it’s lighter than the older model. I do miss the cd/rom slot, but if you have a streaming service like Netflix, you can cope. Apple products are the best! Thank you Best Buy!

Apple has taken it to the next level. Lighter, faster, more veritable than the six year old apple notebook I’m replacing. Usual apple quality and innovations which I’ve come to expect. I am pleased with my purchase.

Everyone said I would have problems switching from a PC to a Mac. There was a few differences but so far I have had no problems. The reason I switched is I'm told the Mac last longer than the PC . My son has a Mac and strongly suggested I look into one. I have an iPad and iphone and love them both. I'm sure I'll love my Mac too.

I've always had a PC (Dell/HP/Toshiba), but have gotten tired of the computers slowing down and not performing well. So far I couldn't be happier with my new MacBook Pro. I'm glad I went with the Pro version. Performance is great. It is taking a little getting used to Apple's operating system versus Windows, but so far so good.
