I am returning to school after 10 years out of the higher education classroom. I bought this computer for both my grad school and teaching needs. It is perfect and has lived up to the Apple expectations. It is reliable, has tons of storage and thin and somewhat light weight. Not as lightweight as the MacBook Air but definitely lighter than the old white MacBook that I had for ages and just died on me. The picture quality is great. I enjoy the space gray colour because it hides finger prints and smudges. It is an investment but so worth the price because I know it will last a long time. Highly recommend!

Great battery life. Lightweight. Big bright screen. Charges fast. Only issue is it has 2 USB-C ports. You will need an external hub to convert to traditional USB.

This is an excellent computer great connections with Wifi, and Bluetooth. And if has such a great picture depth...worth the money. Help from apple considering I never owned a Mac. And I also got the bluetooth mouse with it and it last so long battery life is great fantastic.

I had an old 2013 MacBook and decided to pick up this new one, and although, it's a newer update to my old one, I still feel the ease and accessibility that the MacBook offers. I love the keyboard on the newer MacBooks; it makes me feel a little less awkward when typing in public spaces because of the less sounds it makes whenever you type on a key. I like the feel and almost weightlessness of the machine. Finally, I watched a few movies on it with the family and we loved the built-in stereo of the MacBook, it sounds loud and clear, plus bass is great.

I bought this for my niece for Christmas and she loves it. I haven’t used apple computers in a while. It seems a lot better than what I was use too back in the late 90s.

Perfect college computer especially if you’re going for more than 4 years. Works fast, constantly, smooth, and easy to understand. Highly recommend!

This labtop is perfect, not too heavy, perfect screen size with not wanting to go larger. Fits on your lab and is easily mobile. I would recommend this to everyone.

Overall, I think the only pros for the new Mac is that the keyboard is flat and I prefer this keyboard over the older, raised letters. Also, the laptop itself is MUCH lighter than the '15 version. Other than that, I wouldn't say there's many pros to it - I hate the new USBs being on it, so watch for that before buying!

Great screen, processor. Keyboard takes a little getting used to. Lack of traditional USB and need to purchase an adapter annoying, but not that big of a deal.

I've been looking for a right Macbook Pro to meet my purposes of studying and working. Finally I found this one and it's perfectly fine for me. I can do my work smoothly with no issue about performance. However, I wish I could upgrade the RAM to 16gb instead of 8GB.

It is an amazing product for school very light, very easy to use, also a very good product for multiple majors. And the storage is very amazing holds a lot.

After using Macs at work for years, I finally broke down and bought a MacBook Pro for home use. So glad that I did! This one has all of the same features that I love and is super fast, plus I’m able to use some of the added functions that I never had time to explore on my work computers. I think Amal’s are super intuitive and user friendly but if you’re moving from PC, it might take some time. I’m really pleased with this purchase!

Good lap top, light and quiet. Nice screen like an iPad but poor camera if you are planning on using it for face time

Great laptop for pictures. I bought it for my wife and she loves it. The only bad thing is that it has no USB port, no hdmi port, no aux port, no disk drive, etc. For all the extra ports, you have to buy a separate attachment, but other than that, great laptop.

Love everything about this Mac book! Light weight, fast, east to set up and use! Plan to start blogging and this is the first step in that direction!

Great laptop. Replaced older laptop. Much faster, better resolution, lighter. Does everything I need when traveling. Like having my iMac with me.

Ok i admit the laptop is amazing as far as processing And just surfing and browsing the computer itself, but Apple has just made a really bad look for themselves by causing a more annoying and extra step for us to go out of our ways to have to buy the USB port outlets that are compativable with these new MacBooks. SUPER INCONVENIENT TO life itself . That’s why you get three stars

Easy to set up right out of the box. Light weight yet feels solid battery life so far has been incredible. Finds WiFi in a blink of an eye. Wow love ❤️ it.

Awesome laptop! Perfect for what I need, I'm a college student who has to write a ton of papers and coordinate projects. I also am an intern, this computer is so easy to carry and works well for my needs. I bought an external hard drive and use cloud storage for most of my work so I haven't had any issues with storage - I do have adobe creative cloud installed on my laptop as well. I can't say enough good things about it, I love it!
