I was a window user in the past for 18 long years. This thanks giving I bought my Mac Book Pro, as I was using many other Apple products and always loved their durability and user experience. This Mac book pro also did not put me down. Mac's i5 is equal to a i7 in windows. This system is fast, very good resolution and soft key board experience. I am loving it.

I decided to go with a MacBook Pro. I am honestly very impressed with it. The computer has very good build quality. The Retina display is absolutely incredible. Very clear and makes you really enjoy the high quality display. Also, the speakers on this computer are crystal clear just like the iPhone. My 8 Plus speakers are excellent. The software is very easy to use. Its Apple so its going to be awesome! I love it!

Excellent little laptop, very fast, light, long lasting battery. Price is a bit more than an equivalent PC but I bought it on Black Friday for my daughter in college. Hope it lasts for a few college years and then some for the money I paid but I believe it will. Apple products are a bit pricey but they last and don't lose their value. Students can get windows for free but I found out that google docs do a five job too.

Absolutely love this Mac book pro! Extremely easy to use. Startup time, oh wait there is none, well 5-10 seconds from the time you hit the power bottom to you using your computer. Just wish there was more space for the price. Some programs like Adobe Lightroom and premiere heat up the bottom of the laptop. Oh and did I mention that the battery life is amazing. I can work all day (8hr) withou plugging it.

Hard to believe I can get on my MacBook in seconds (less than 30) and ready to go. My PC took 3 minutes + for everything to run and get going sometimes longer if a scheduled software update was taking place. The MacBook Pro seems to be an easy computer to learn. Thus far, I am so happy I have made the decision to purchase the MacBook Pro that in the very near future we will be buying another for our family.

The deal was id but this laptop for my 9 year old getting straights A's all year in every class. Well she then and I should've looked at the price. Likely a bit of an overkill for her at this age but I've had my last two MacBooks for 5-6 years each so she'll grow into it more and more. Honestly, she's already better with a Mac than I'm am after 6 years of using them. Works flawlessly, slick look, she loves it and does everything you'd ever need.

The speakers are great, battery life last pretty long, and I love the size and how light it is.

I always wanted to have MacBook but this is actually the first one I bought. I really love the versatility and speed. I thought the price is little bit higher but it's worth to invest.

Great macintosh laptop & when it is discounted a great deal for the price. The larger 256gb storage is fantastic especially when everything today appears to take more and more space.

I've been using Apple products for years, so when my old Macbook finally got to the point where it needed replacing, I didn't consider any other brand. I'm very happy with my new Pro. It's slimmer than the old model, which is nice, and is so much faster! The only real downside is the loud keyboard, and while I've heard bad things about the butterfly keys, I haven't experienced any problems yet.

obviously we all know the MBP looks nice. I finally came into get it because Bestbuy had the price down for Black friday so I saved some money versus going to other retailers. The MBP is great for traveling as it's thin and it's fast for browsing internet/emails/editing photos which is my intended workflow. I settled with this over the air since the air screen (the new macbook air) doesn't get too bright
