Great computer, a little pricey, but worth every penny!! Easier for my husband to use because he finally got an iPhone this spring - very portably! We really like it!

I can’t speak of the longevity of this specific computer, but my last Mac made it 8 years as a reliable computer. This one has been working great and runs smoothly.

I've never owned a MacBook before and I was very hesitant about purchasing one -- however I knew from my past I go through normal PCs every 2-3 years. My friend has had her same Mac for 11 years and it runs great. I wanted something that will last a long time -- definitely worth the investment. And the learning curve for an Apple OS is very minimal -- I got the hang of things really quickly.

I was debating between the MacBook Air-Gold and this one and I’m so glad I went with this one. The guy who sold me this one explained how this has a faster and better memory. I haven’t run into any problems. It’s weight is perfect and it’s easy to use, especially as a person who doesn’t know much about laptops. I teach and it’s been so useful and so easy to lug around.

Overall the computer was great. I loved the buttons and it worked really well. I didn't have any issues except every time I was in Mozilla I had these 3 red dots that would pop up every time I closed out a window or opened up a new one. I wasn't happy that I paid $1200 for a 2 yr old computer (2017) when I could get a 2019 for the same price. Though I wanted it because of the storage space. Sadly I returned it and bought the new MacBook Pro with the Touch Bar for the same price. I think the red dots were something with Mozilla or just that computer. I love Apple products and I think they're great. Sometimes you just get a dud.

I was debating between a Mac and similar PCs, but I ultimately went with this laptop because Apple wins every time. The laptop is lightweight and comfortable and fun to type on. The track pad provides a lot of shortcuts. Apple allows you to use multiple desktops and operate in split screen mode to easily organize work and multiple things at a time. Highly recommended!
