I purchased a surface after having a Mac for years and just couldn't get used to the surface. I returned it and bought this Mac Book and couldn't be happier. It's the perfect size, small enough to travel with but large enough to be functional. And its faster than my old one and the same as I remember everything from my last one. No uphill learning on this computer!

I like my macbook pro so far. It is easy to use and runs smoothly. It's pretty fast as well compared to my previous windows computer. The only downside is the use of Microsoft Excel and Word on the computer. I'm a student in Finance and we use Excel all the time for financial modeling. It's a torture to use it on this computer, so I always have to run to the computer lab to complete assignments and projects. I wish I had a PC. I have even installed a virtual machine on it but it is always crashing. So if you are a student in Finance, think about it first before buying it because Excel is your primary tool. For everything else, Macbook pro is on point.

This is by far the best laptop/computer I've ever had. It's light can travel easy. screen quality of picture is unreal. the keyboard and typing is smooth.

This is my first Apple laptop/computer ever. My son suggested I make the switch and I'm really happy I did. There is a slight learning curve but it's so simple once you get the hang of it. I highly recommend anyone to make the switch. It's compact and lightweight enough I can tote it along on road trips. Our recent vacation it fit neatly into my bag with no problem.

After 9 years I decided to upgrade my old iMac computer. I wanted to get a laptop this time so I can take my work with me. I purchased a Mac book pro. When I use my Mac book pro at home I connect it to a 25’ monitor. This new Mac book pro is extremely fast and easy to use. I would highly recommend this Mac book pro to anyone look for a laptop.

Bought this MacBook a little over a month ago and couldn’t be happier with it. Super light weight and able to handle all basic computing needs, but is capable of much more. Great price (caught it on sale) and value for the money. The Apple care for laptops is a bit pricey, but you have to because of the costs to repair anything. Highly recommend.

The laptop is very portable and useful for someone who has a lot of work on it.. the battery life is also good. The only surprises I had were the camera was a bit grainy on FaceTime and I was disappointed by that. Also after a couple of hours of use the fan on the laptop starts and it's very loud. This was surprising because the fan on my 2010 15' MacBook Pro was never this loud.. Overall, still highly recommend it. I use it all the time and I love how portable it is. (I don't know much about laptops but these are my thoughts)

Positives: small,compact, lightweight, and fast. Negative: Keyboard is loud.

It’s so nice and thin! It’s such good quality without being the latest model. However, I don’t like how I have to buy an adapter because it only has one type of plug in.

I owned a mc book air for the last 4 years now i upgraded for mc book pro , faster , the keyboard is very confortable and the design of it is amazing.
