I ended up getting this device in combination with student deals for 1000 bucks, any pro model should have at least 256gb storage because it allows you to handle some things that you wont able to do with 128gb. Being pro model you would expect this to be heavy but this is super small and not heavy at all (eels less than 4lb sometimes).

I had an older macbook pro that I had gotten in 7th grade i’m not a freshman in college and still own this older macbook but I needed a new one and absolutely love this one! It’s an easy laptop to use and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a good laptop that will last then a long time through school or just anything else!

I got this laptop as my current MacBook was 6 years old and needed to be replaced. This was a great upgrade! It’s super light, sleek and runs fantastic! I did get it on a pretty good sale, which made the purchase even sweeter! Definitely recommend over the MacBook Air.

As an owner of several Apple products, I have to come to appreciate their high quality. This MacBook Pro is no exception. It is working without issue. My primary disappointment is that the new charging connector has no light indicating whether it is charging or whether it has completed charging as my previous MacBook Air did. While I miss the magnetic charger connector, that is not such a big deal. But I did rely on the light to indicate its progress. On the MacBook Pro there is a chime sound to indicate that it has started charging but it is not enough.

Although this is the 2017 model, it has more than enough of what I need. I found it unnecessary to pay $500 more for a touchbar and slight increase in performance. I use this MacBook for music at home music production and photography editing. I know this MacBook will probably last me a good 4-5 years. Maybe then I’ll be ready for a touchbar lol

What can I say, it's a MacBook Pro. I owned a few Apple products in my day [MacBook Air and an iMac], but this unit is by far my favorite. Great power, screen clarity and love the touch of the keyboard. This one's a keeper. If you are an Apple disciple, this won't disappoint.

The macbook pro is simply put, a product with premium hardware and a smooth reliable operating system. My used my last macbook pro for 7 years and it still works so I almost had to find a reason to get new one (the new ones is obviously faster). I love the portability and the speakers sounds phenomenal for a laptop computer! The retina display is something else!

So reliable! Fast! Easy to work with! Small enough to bring everywhere!

Does everything we need and more, is very user friendly, and is also very lightweight, and does not put out any heat like other laptops we've had.

I love the new Macbook Pro. My old one was getting older so I finally got a new one. I love it. it is so much lighter and thinner and faster and more powerful. The screen is so much clearer and easier on the eyes. this is a fantastic computer. and all the new gadgets apple has added are super fun to play around with. i highly recommend.

I just purchased this MacBook Pro a few days ago, since my MacBook Air was from 2011. Therefore, purchasing this new pro was the best thing I could have done. Starting from the asthetics to the performance it is perfect in every way. The screen is crystal clear and performance is fast. And for people wondering if the speakers are good they are amazing.

We were fortunate enough to pick this up as an open item in brand new condition. We initially went in for the MacBook but with the open item price this worked out to only be $100 more and totally worth it. This is for my wife to use in her master’s program and she loves the size and weight. I love that it should last her many years without any upgrades.

Love it because (and I know this is what everyone says) it is so wonderfully intuitive. I have had PC's for years and years, and was on the fence about investing the extra $ for a MacBook, but am so glad I did. Have found this model to be fast and easy, not to mention portable at a mere 3 lbs. Also love the integration among Apple products.

I love it! Works well and fast! I love how there’s 2 outlets! We can charge it and have the adapter connected to something else at the same time

I hesitated to spend the money on a Mac versus a Windows based computer. Best Buy told me I had 14 days to return if I didn’t like it. That helped me to decide to try it out. I am thrilled with this laptop. So easy to set-up and learn! I am hoping this will last 6-10 years. I’m tired of purchasing a new laptop every 3 years.
