Before purchasing this 13" MacBook Pro, I owned a 15" MacBook Pro for 7 years. Unfortunately it was on its last leg and needed to be upgraded. I miss all of the old ports, but the newest one with similar ports is $2000. I purchased this machine on sale for a lot less. This MacBook only has USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 ports, which work great, but adapters are a must to use my current external drives. The computer performs flawlessly. The keyboard is different than previous models, which takes some getting used to, but once comfortable it has to be my favorite keyboard to type on.

What can I say that hasn’t been said a million times? The MacBook Pro in space grey is gorgeous to look at, it performs very well (as most Apple products do) and it’s just cool as all get-out. This is my second one. Wait for a sale as I did and you’ll be very satisfied. Highly recommended!

I broke my last Mac Pro and thought maybe I would look at a cheaper laptop...but I just couldn't. I love Mac and it is so easy to use. I never had any problems with my last Mac (until I broke it). I had it for 5 years. Before I would have to buy a new laptop every year to every other year.

I purchased this device on a recommendation from a trusted person. I first purchased the one with the fewest gb, I don't know the first thing about computers but I then read that was best to buy the 256gb as the one with less, you can't add storage. I had it for 3 days and it just stopped working, it kept giving me some error. I called Apple Care who recommended I return it to the store, which I did. She said it was extremely unusual that this would have happened. Got a brand new one and have been loving it ever since. I've never had a computer of any kind and this is great! I also bought a Brother printer on the same recommendation from my acquaintance. I have yet to hook it up, just waiting to buy a desk first. So bottom line, I highly recommend this device but spend the extra few hundred dollars and get more storage. I bought a lovely shell case for it plus skin for the keyboard at a great price and selection on Amazon. I also strongly recommend spending the extra money to purchase Apple Care!!!

Though this computer is much more expensive than my former Dell computer, but I think it worth it, because I have an iPhone and an iPad, so it's very convenient for me to study. And the shape and color of the computer is very beautiful ever than the picture. Buy it and you will not regret!

Made the investment for my college daughter, after needing to replace her laptops every 3 years! It's thin & light which is a huge plus because she carry's it almost everyday. It runs alot faster than all the other laptops she has gone through. No headaches from waiting for it to do its job!

Light weight sleek computer! Mac user for over 20 years and this is the best one I've owned! Highly recommend it.

Bought this for my mom's birthday and she was thrilled. This MacBook met all of her expectations and more! She loved the sleek design and was surprised at how fast it went. The employees were so nice and very helpful and because of this, I definitely plan on shopping at Best Buy for all of my electronics.

I spilled a glass of water into my Air Mac, very sad! I purchased the Mac. Book Pro to replace it. The screen is bright and bigger than the Mac Air. This laptop is fast and easy to use, loving it so far. A little heavier and thicker than the Air Mac but the size is very compact and light.

As my 2nd apple computer product, this impressed me in terms of its small size and is thin! I use it just for basic office applications and web browsing, not for editing. This is great for students on the go and travellers. It just lacks usb ports but you can purchase separately.

This is my second 13" MacBook Pro.. As a comparison, I prefer the older models that have the built in USB ports. Using a hub is OK but cumbersome. This unit also seems to run hot compared with my older 2015 model. Don't know why. The keyboard is also less responsive and feels lighter to the touch....

Overall in love with my new MacBook Pro. The battery life is great and screen graphics are beautiful,very happy!

I'm a PC guy and this is my first Mac. It is by far fast, super clear, super light and rarely needs to buffer between applications. It does kinda scratch easily if you have a watch on and the screen gets finger prints on them easily like a smart phone does, but it easy to clean. I love it.

It’s a powerful and light weight laptop for a student carrying to school everyday. Although not the latest model but it offers the same technological functionalities except the touch bar and 2 additional external ports. At hundreds of dollars cheaper, it’s a great buy from BestBuy.

I am a designer, I push hardware to the limit. I am using Blender and Adobe apps without issue on this laptop. HOWEVER, normal Mac complaints, no ports on this thing AT ALL, you need to buy tons of peripherals. I bought a non-mac doc that works great, and allowed me to not reward Mac with my money.

If you are looking at this laptop then it means you are waiting for a great "touch & feel" experience !! As apple always gives the best product to the users , this is one of them who want to explore a great audio-visual experience with fabulous display and an amazing sound quality. The build quality is just amazing!! Its light-strong and stunning. If you are switching from windows (I did) it'll be surprise package of speed and performance. There may be few cons if you dig deeply but only one con that might irritate us is the laptop having only 2 thunderbolt 3 ports. But it works great with additional dongle. Apart from that a normal user/students cant find a issue on this. Its been week after purchase and I feel of using it more and more. I definitely recommend this to all for the quality and the comfort what you can get while using a laptop. I compared prices with many stores but best buy is the best place to get this product. So if you are ready to spend little more and want to have a great experience, this laptop is for you !!

Good solid Mac book would recommend it to anyone, down side is the way Apple makes you buy unnecessary products to sync with other devices i.e. my modem but if you’re familiar with Apple then you already know this. Still a very solid laptop.

I’ve been a Mac user for years now and I can say that I’m happy with my new MacBook purchase. I can’t figure out how they pack so much power into the sleek design. If you can spare the money I’d say it’s definitely worth it. Especially because Apple products seem to last for a really long time.

Perfect gift for college student. My son chose this going to college. He’s been using it for his assignments.

Upgrade from an older model from five years ago. Great screen resolution, so thin and light. The speed once the laptop is powered on vs. a Windows computer is not even close. All my other products are Apple (Watch, Phone, Desktop) so it’s nice to be able to share amongst all the devices.
