The laptop is costly but i know it will last for several years unlike anothe laptop we bought two years ago. It’s light and quick. My daughter does virtual school so a good computer is a must.

Easy to use...first Apple computer and very pleased

Amazing processor to run all kind of softwares. Softwares like Python2/3 are already installed in it so you just install an editor and start working. It has a great diplay and easy to carry along .

This is my first Mac book and first new lap top in almost a decade. I do love it and did lots of research before taking the plunge. I mainly use this lap top for photo organization and editing. I would have given five stars, but I have found it to be a little slow, when I am doing certain tasks, mainly with photo editing. I run Adobe products, such as Bridge, Photoshop and Lightroom. It’s certainly not the end of the world, but I thought I purchased the right amount of memory/storage to have smooth operations. This may be something to consider, if you are looking to use it for something like a photography business, and you want it to be super fast. I also move all of files onto an external hard drive, so I’m never taking up space on my actual lap top, except with the programs I use. Most functions do run smoothly, so it’s not a deal breaker and it’s certainly a huge step up from the ancient dell I was using previously. Other than that it is a great lap top. The 13” is lightweight and compact, so it’s easy to travel around with. I’ve used Macs in the past, but never owned one of my own, so I have a slight learning curve, figuring out all the Mac quirks. That’s on me though. I would definitely buy again, but may just go up on the memory/storage.
