Why is it necessary to change the plug

It cost $19 and this is just for the brick. You can rest assure that this will be the standard for a few years before they change it up again so that they can charge us to get new accessories.

The hardware placed in these machines in comparison to other high end gaming laptops, for the price is a much better value. But if you need it to be apple, don't get low specs as they cannot be increased later.

Terrible customer service at Myrtle Best Buy

When I checked my receipt and asked about the 10 percent off I was told I would see it on my credit card statement. Apparently this was a lie. When I called Best Buy to discuss with a manager I was passed to 3 different people and put on hold for over an hour. Then they hung up on me and I called back only to be told someone would return my call. Three days later and I still haven’t heard anything. Terrible customer service! I will take to Best Buy Facebook page and Google review and I am considering calling the Better Business Bureau to lodge my complaint.

Does the job but expensive

I also play some games on it too but that really shows the computer lacking. Not worth the money I paid for exactly but at the same time I have liked it better than any windows computer I've had.
