I bought this for my son to replace his old macbook for college. He said it's much faster than his old one. We had to buy an adapter to get USB cables to be able to connect to it. The only thing he doesn't like is the volume adjustment, since it's now a slider instead of up and down buttons. But maybe once he gets used to it, it won't feel strange. We got it on sale and it was cheaper than warehouse store prices (with a little smaller hard drive), but we have an external hard drive so that's not a problem.

Picked up the Mac Book Pro for my son to start his college career. With it only being two weeks he has had no issues. He loves the size and the weight of the laptop.

Very thin and light laptop. My other was a bit bigger but they made the trade in so easy. The touch bar at the top is very handy!

Apple did a great job with this line. Faster processor and offering a black color option. So far works fast and efficient. Needed it for at home work.

This upgrade was long overdue. With the quad core CPU, this gives me similar performance as the bigger Macs in a smaller footprint with is amazing and very portable.

I bought this MacBook as I needed a well built (long-lasting), fast, compact laptop that can handle day to day tasks in addition to creative works!

Upgraded from 2017 macbook air. Love the touch slide buttons. Much faster. Holds battery long. Apple at its finest as always.

This is 100% worth the price every single time. Runs all of my Adobe programs great. Make sure to buy an adapter for external monitors up front so you don’t have to make a second trip back like me haha. Big fan of the fingerprint option. But like most of you taking the time to read this, I love apple no matter what, so this was just an added bonus for someone who forgets their passwords often. Also, super light, which is great for when coffee shops open again, and until then, I’ll keep moving around my house with a cup of coffee pretending I’m cooler than I am.

We have been buying these for our younger staff in the office to run multiple Adobe and Architectural Modeling applications. The 13-inch MacBook Pro remains a workhorse for those who want a compact macOS laptop that's still powerful enough to perform processor-intensive workflows.

The hardware is ok. The keyboard isn't great, battery life is nothing to write home about. It gets hot to the touch. I could probably flip it and melt food on the back. I let it cool down completely in the open before putting it away. The display, track pad, and the four type c ports are nice. It's weird not having an HDMI or ethernet port on such an expensive laptop. I like the touch bar when watching movies. It's the only time I actually use it. Mac os seems to use a lot of ram. All and all its ok. If you're on a budget, just get a cheap PC. No computer is going to do everything great so just prioritize what's important to you. I prefer the PC for coding, spreadsheets, and file management. I like the Mac for movies and online shopping. Should I have just bought an iPhone Pro Max instead of a Mac? Probably.

Great laptop. Light weighted and easy to carry around. Build quality is good. Not for gamers for sure. Better than M1 Mac available.

Got this for my oldest child and she loves it. Has everything she needs for college. Its lightweight and quick a vast improvement over the last model she had.

Replaced my old 2012 MacBook with this new 2020 MacBook. Based upon the reviews I got through Best Buy site and the ease during the pandemic of using Best Buy as my source to purchase, all went so smoothly purchasing my MacBook. The lap top itself is amazing as ever. Fast, plenty of storage, works well with my GoPro editing. Overall I am 100% happy with product and service from Best Buy!
