I love this machine! I didn't think I'd like the touchbar, but it's not bad. If I didn't know as many keyboard shortcuts as I did, I might be more useful, but it's very intuitive.

I am upgrading from my MBP 2016. This model is just a nice upgrade without too much of changes. When I decided to get a new MBP, I was waiting for the MBP 2021 14"model. But when I learned that the 14" model doesn't have a touchbar, I decided to get this one instead. I mainly work with statistical packages (Stata) and it has been effortless. The only downside I feel this far is that I couldn't choose the keyboard arrangement. I have been using Italian keyboards for a while, and since BestBuy does not offer such keyboard I have to compromise.

Love the easy-friendly features of this laptop. Our family of five--all own Macbook Pro. I purchased two of these for my churches. No sweat, challenges, worries during use.

Awesome computer. First Mac I own. Great keyboard, amazing display, great speakers and great OS. Fans do become loud and computer warm but that’s if you’re covering the ventilation.

I purchased the MacBook Pro 13 from Best Buy following a bad experience with Apple, Inc. Though the laptop from Apple was brand new, it arrived with software problems and I returned the computer to Apple. I still needed a MacBook Pro and fortunately the same model and memory was available from Best Buy, and was on sale for $300 less. What's not to like, so I placed my order and it arrived quickly. Best Buy came through when I needed it most.

As always a great laptop from Apple that performs for a reasonable price. This laptop was purchased for a student going to college for graphic design.

this computer is doing just fine! It does not give me issues and since I got the care package I do not have to worry about viruses or anything on this computer.

A good product that is now great. The keyboard is super responsive and the HD access is fast, The retina display puts most high end TVs to shame. Will always stick to a Mac.

Ive owned many chrome books in the past and none of them worked as good as this Mac book. I am 100% pleased with this purchase. It works great for students and or for work.

I've been using this for less than a month but so far I'm enjoying the magic keyboard. The sound seems a little low though. Even all the way up. It is much heavier than my old Macbook Air and I miss that lightness but it's faster. I will need more time to figure out how I feel about this laptop. It's been good to me so far.
