Get for college-age students. Works well with office programs and has great RAM speed. Super lightweight and easy to operate as well.

Decent price before the M1's come down in price a bit. i5 is enough horsepower to do what's needed. Never go below 16GB of RAM.

I really liked this laptop when I got it. Even though it was my first computer ever that wasn’t a Windows OS. I love the integration of my phone to the MacBook and I love the display bar. I use this for school, writing, and occasional gaming. Most of the time it’s fine. But I’m starting to have more crashes and freezing. It’s not while gaming. It crashed earlier while I was working on a PowerPoint. There’s plenty of space and I’ve checked running programs. I can’t determine what is causing the performance issue, but if I would have had to redo that PP, it might have ended me. I still think it’s a good laptop in general, however, it you’re needing this for something powerful and reliable, you might look for another model.

This was a great purchase. My son needed a computer to start college with & this has made his transition seamless. Would definitely recommend.

I am loving my MacBook Pro! So glad that I spent a little extra to get the pro vs. the air. It has made teaching virtual a little less painful.

This purchase is good. I was disappointed because there was a clearance Apple that I really wanted to get but because it was $100 over my $1700 limit I was unable to get it. The store would not help me by adjusting the price so I can purchase that one instead

Mac book is great to use service from Best Buy was very good Trying to get Best Buy credit is a joke waited 45minutes couldn’t understand questions from some foreign person waited and waited decided to put it on my own credit card took 5 seconds What a joke and waste of time

I had been waiting for Apple to announce the release of the new 13" MacBook Pro w/out the Butterfly keyboard and ordered it the day it became available. Love the Space Gray and the Touch Pad has been handy, even though I've hardly had occasion to use it so far. Macs are not inexpensive. But before I switched to Mac, I was buying a new Windows laptop every couple of years. I had my previous MacBook Pro for a relatively modest 6 years.
