Bought this before the M1 chip was introduced. Lol It’s fast, dependable, I needed an upgrade since 2013.

This is my first time to use Apple MacBook Pro. It was easy to set up. I like everything about this product.

I'm very happy with my new laptop, its easy to use, and I got lots of compliments of it, I highly recommend it.

I was looking at a PC I'm glad i chose the Mac Lightweight, Screen is easy to read

First laptop had some battery issues, Best Buy exchanged it and works great now. Fan is really quiet and specs are good. Price at Best Buy was $200 off from apples price, good deal.

happy with it over all. but 13" display is slightly too small for me. I had a 2018 15" display model, before it was stolen. That was perfect. At the time I purchased this model, the 15" was no longer available and I thought the 16" was a little too big. But I would buy the 16" when I am ready to buy again, unless of course they bring the 15" display back.

I always have enjoyed a Mac. This one has the slide bar and is very fast speed. Definitely would recommend it!

My last MacBook was almost 10 years old when it died. Was reluctant to get another but the quality is excellent, and it's capable of doing almost whatever anyone could need a PC for, except intense gaming I guess, but I don't have time for gaming anymore these days so whatever. Great for editing videos and recording and whatever else. Dang apple too convenient....

Fantastic upgrade from my 9 year old MacBook Pro. Keyboard feels amazing and responsive, battery life is excellent.

Perfect computer. There were no service issues and the computer was easy to set up.

Can't go wrong with a macbook. Just make sure you get the 16G Ram and you'll be set.

My daughter loves her new computer. She was using a computer for the past four years in high school that was so slow and didn’t have all the abilities of the new computer. This new computer she will take to college she cannot wait to fully learn how to use it. I did also purchase the geek squad contract they helped her setup her computer, transfer all her files over and the transition was amazingly excellent and easy. I am so glad I made the purchase.
