The Macbook works great. It's the first one I own, so I have to get use to it. Ths software on it runs sooth and fast. So far I'm very happy. The price is a bit high but I purchased it knowing that I will keep it for a long time.

Delivery was received in a timely manner and product was 100% what I had ordered. I had purchased a MacBook Pro from Best Buy years ago and that is why I ordered this one. Very pleased with the product and the delivery service from Best Buy.

This is the best 13" laptop on the market for MacOS users. Screen is vivid and bright. Speakers are pretty great considering the small form factor. The only downside is the Intel Iris Plus graphics. It's great for most things, but anything serious will require an upgrade to the 16" Macbook Pro.

New to Mac, but it is easy to use. Still getting used to the new system but pretty good. A little over priced, BUT it’s great

I was very hesitant to buy a macbook at first, but once I got it I fell in love. I’ve never had a reliable laptop before and it shows because this laptop has never crashed or drained its power fast. Overall, I love this laptop especially for school this year because I am mostly virtual.

Like the computer but the fan goes off from the heat more than seems normal and also the battery life is t what it claims to be.

I've always loved my Apple products. When it was time to go for a MacBook - I knew I was buying a winner. Love everything about my MacBook. As my personal computer it is everything I've ever wanted!!

Overall nice unit. Keyboard change from previous model is a welcome improvement. Much easier to type on with just a touch more travel and feel. Love how everything integrates via OS, i.e. unlocking with Apple Watch, Messages 2-factor autofill, iCloud back-ups, etc. Ecosystem is tight.

Works smooth and is easy to use. Based on previous experience, the computer should last 3 years.

My daughter wanted a safe laptop that would take her through the end of high school and last through the 4 years of college. This is the product for this, and not prone to viruses. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helped explain the benefit of spending more on the Pro version.

The quality builds is very good. It is perfect for college students. Light weight and feel comfortable for all day learning.

This is my second MacBook Pro and my 5th mac computer in general. As always, this one is better than the rest. The updated 4 usb c ports is great and the new keyboard style is much better than the previous version. No complaints so far.

Apple always delivers quality products and this laptop is amazing! I will say that the price point is a bit iffy compared to my 2015 MBA 13'' but nonetheless it was a good investment. I am using it for college and so far there have been no issues.

I saved for a MacBook all throughout high school to have one for college. Good for light work like checking emails and writing papers/looking at documents etc. Also edited some 4k footage on it no problem. Webcam is pretty crappy for an almost $2,000 laptop, but that's Apple for you.

I have had this item for a couple months now. I upgraded from a Dell that lasted me a whopping 7 years. It has taken a little time to adjust from Windows to Mac, but it is an awesome computer! I would recommend this computer to anyone needing an upgrade!

The MacBook Pro was a nice addition to my collection. It is the first time I use a MacBook and I was blown away by the quality and hefty build. I would highly recommend this for people who are into video editing, software development and other high processing applications.

Bought the MacBook Pro 13” laptop for both of our oldest children attending College. Well built and suited for their academic, professional and personal uses. Highly recommended with purchase of protection plan...a must when carrying in backpacks around campus!

I’d been a PC user my whole life, but after getting burned so many times (literally so on one occasion), I decided to switch. Once I got used to the new operating system, I was hooked! I’m never going back.

I’ve been a Mac user for years. This is a replacement for a 10 year old MacBook Pro. I would have preferred a mag safe power connection but it’s not an option. I knew this prior to purchase but it definitely is not a deal breaker.
