I so love itttttttt. The best laptop I owned so far. Never owned one before but I highly recommend it. It was hard to use at first but then I just watch youtube to learn how to use it.

This is my first MacBook. I am tired of the slow updates on my other laptops. It takes a little to get adjusted to the MacBook, but it is so much better. The stereo sound is excellent!

This thing is great. I readily admit I am a Mac fanboy but the power in the small package and the retina screen are fantastic. If you’re in the market for a compact powerful laptop, definitely look into this model.

I was glad to get one of the last intel macs before they are gone. The transfer was super easy and mimicked the iPhone transfer. I am assuming that this transfer protocol will only work with other macs.

This is my first MacBook and I'm impressed with the build quality. It's definitely something to expect coming from Apple. Coming from a Window user most of my life, it has a little adjustment, but am pretty well adapted.

It's fast and pretty easy to use. Very reliable computer.

Walked in. Seen the specialist over in the Apple products and was happy with what came out of my purchase from my local Best Buy. Would definitely recommend to shop at Best Buy with whatever you reason.

its my first mac...always used PC so taking me a little to learn my way around....not that happy with the app situations on the laptops compared to the iphone...that part really bothers me but ive found some ways around it

Really nice computer and it works very well it's just that for some odd reason, when I went to my mailbox for the first time it asked me if I wanted to link my email to things such as my camera roll and I pressed add but it won't do anything and it won't let me exit out and so it kind of annoys me when I see it in the bottom right.

This was purchased on sale because it was an older model. It came with extra storage and memory which made it an even better value. The laptop turns on right away and very responsive.

Overall like it. Thank you Best Buy gave me chance to finance this MacBook Pro. I really needed but couldn’t afford it (full price) during this COVID days. I’m super happy to pay it monthly which means a lot to me.

We use Macs in our business. They are a known quantity, so I won't go into spec and usage. Buying open=box or Geek Squad certified is a common thing for us. 98% of the time it's great and saves us money. Thanks Bestbuy!
