I’ve had to use a variety of others brands of laptops in various work settings from Dell and Gateway to Lenovo and HP. This MacBook is far superior to all those other brands in every aspect. I cannot imagine why an individual would pay money for those other brands if they have the financial ability to purchase a MacBook.

Nice replacement for my 2012 model

Touchpad is much bigger, and the touch bar on top is kinda cool. I miss the light up apple logo on the cover. Now it's just a mirror finish. :(

Love the computer

Much better and improved. Touch Bar really needs better developer support, wish it had regular keys, but oh well. Still much better than a PC laptop in my opinion and works better in my workflow. Would highly recommend this model over the new 2019, usually you can get a better deal on the 2018 and the performance is identical to the 2019 for most tasks.
