Laptop runs very smooth. Perfect for school. We added Microsoft office and that runs smooth as well.

Bought to replace my husband’s old MacBook Pro. It is clearly faster and better technology, but I wished I would have waited for the latest release. Good, but I think the current release/model might be better.

As an iOS Engineer, i have always loved Macs and Apple Products. This macbook is beautiful and flawless

I'm still learning my way around this and some of the features new to this model (the Touch Bar across the top of the keyboard with all the short cuts, for example, and the way you can pull things down off the toolbar and put them into this Touch Bar. I have discovered I have the tendency to rest my left hand on the top of my keyboard which means it keeps settng off the Touch Bar so I've had to re-train myself. This has been a little annoying.) It's a Mac and if you are already a Mac user and fan, you will be very happy with it. It's not cheap but if you are a Mac user, you already know you are paying a premium for their products and value them enough to do that. The screen is great -- that's one of the big differences I noticed between this and my previous MacBook.
