This is by far the best MacBook I have owned. I've had 2 others in the past. It's quick and I love the trackpad. My only gripe (a small one) is the keyboard. It's very responsive, almost a little too responsive, but other than that I love my new laptop.

This laptop is great combination of mobility, quality and computational power. Another good experience of buying from BestBuy store with wonderful discount!

I love it but it is a learning curve going from windows to Mac. I thought that since I had an iPhone that it would be an easy transition but it’s not. Hopefully I will figure everything out soon.

This was exactly what I expected it to be. Best Buy also did a fabulous job getting it to ship to me before we went into quarantine since it was out of stock at the store. It has made it possible for me to do my job. The price was also very good.

Very good product with newer features. This purchase replaced an older model and is well worth it. It's an Apple product so you know it's quality is good. Purchased this at Best Buy and the associate did a great job explaining and showing this MacBook.

bought a macbook pro after looking at it for most of the year. the service was great and i love the product. The salesman was very informative about the apple product. had a problem with the first computer i got. took it back next day and they gave me a total new one. geek squad was great and have had no other problems. the new computer works great. I love apple computers. Very few problems and very durable.

Needed a new laptop and Apple has always been my go to for technology. I love the closed operating system as it just does not have near the issues as Windows open source platform. Hardware is top notch and performs perfectly.

I love MacBooks. I am already a fan, but what I started to quickly realize, was that I should have gotten the larger one. I always second guess and then I realize later that paying a little more would have been better.

Never had the need for a new laptop until my old one started to slow down and I wanted to upgrade. I'm not an apple user and honestly wasn't hard to transition from windows. You can also install windows but overall it is a quality laptop.

This Macbook (pro 2019,i5,8gb,256GB) I purchased from BestBuy had battery/software issue. The macbook will shutdown without any notification while battery is still at 30%. I faced the issue, then found out many other user has also faced same issue. Even Apple did recognised this issue and provided a fix that resolved my issue. Go to apple support and search "HT210615" 1 less star for that hassle - otherwise, great laptop hands down.

Good device with okay speed and functionality. I would definitely recommend it.

...works just fine for me. Admittedly, I haven't used the laptop much, as it's my secondary (and, at times, tertiary) computer, but I like the minimal key travel. Otherwise, it's a MacBook - you either love it or hate it.

I bought my son this Mac to go to school with. Always awesome!! 1 thing that kinda eats at me. I purchased an iPad and received my reward points. On a Mac computer! To my disbelief, you don’t receive points when u buy one at best buy

Awesome upgrade if you have an older MacBook Pro and if you do basic video editing it’s great for that too. If you’re a video professional you’ll be underwhelmed with the performance and you’d be better served with the 15 or 16in.

Bought it for cheap during Thanksgiving. It works great.

I love this computer. I purchased it for college, but use it for literally everything. It has such amazing features and I love how it pairs with all of my other apple gadgets!
