Bought this for my daughter in Dec 2019. One year later, there were several keys either sticking, not working, or falling off. I’ve had numerous laptops in the past and have never seen these issues. After researching, it appears these recent MacBooks have a design flaw with the keyboards. Worst thing is you can’t just replace/repair keys individually. Luckily it was still under warranty and I took it back to an apple store for repair. They completely replaced the keyboard (since as I mentioned, there’s no replacing individual keys) and they even discovered and repaired the failing fan. Cost would have been about $450 if not covered under warranty. Great warranty service from Apple but disappointing that their product isn’t very durable/reliable. I’m just hoping this new keyboard will last a couple years and by that point it’ll probably be time to upgrade anyway and hopefully they redesign the keyboard.

Had my old MacBook for 10 years and have enjoyed the upgrade. Had to buy an adapter since there is only one type of input which is a bit annoying but otherwise no problems so far.

I bought this computer a couple of months ago and the performance has been dissapointing, especially considering how much I paid for it. I've been mostly using this computer to browse the internet and also for Zoom/Webex meetings, but it doesn't seem to handle those relatively low-performance tasks efficiently. The computer constantly freezes and the fan is on pretty much all the time, giving the appearance that it might die anytime now. I've always been able to buy confidently Apple products since the brand always delivers for me, but this is the first time I regret buying from them. Apple did some remote troubleshooting tests and nothing appears to be wrong. I haven't been able to take it back to Best Buy or Apple because of the COVID-19 circumstances. Very frustrating purchase.

The kids are using this for their online schooling due to Covid-19. They have jumped right in and seem to be mastering the use of it pretty simply. We’ve only had it for about a month.

I upgraded from an AirBook. It meets my needs and I am satisfied

Do like the Touch Bar and does part of the job I needed it for.

Good laptop for Mac users. Easy to handle and weigh less.

I enjoyed talking with the sales people. They were very knowledgable and helpful. Good deal all around! Although I have been a Mac user for quite awhile I actually learned a few things!

Macbook has been great. The only issue was it stopped working on share your desktop with our Chromecast. All other laptops worked and it does work with share tab in chromecast.

Great all around computer and hard to beat the Mac interface with other Apple devices. This is the primary reason we stick with Mac laptops. My son has a Surface since he has an android phone and we prefer it. Most disappointing element of the Mac Book is the lack of ports and USB, specifically. We had to purchase an external hyper drive for USB compatibility

This is a great Mac product. The only thing that I wasn’t aware of when I purchased it was there are no USB ports on it. Overall I love the laptop and would definitely recommend it!

We have had our 15” MacBook Pro and went to the 13.3 . So a bit of a downsize, but I really can’t tell. The screen is so clear and the keyboard is super comfy! I highly recommend!!!

I've been using this MacBook for about a year now. Actually, that's what I'm using right now to type. It's been good so far, the only issue I have is the keyboard problem.

Great thing for college and for just around the house to work on stuff

Apple computers are very strong with their interface and I believe this is where they Best the competitors. It is also very user friendly.

Pretty seamless experience. However for the price- might be nice to include a USB adapter if your not going to have one? Maybe a mouse? A touch screen? My son prefers the school dell over this one. Maybe I should have looked there? Wish for the price I would have gotten everything I needed to fully function without going out and buying more.

It’s is as usual a very great Apple product like the rest, i usually go by the specs that are good for me and never had a problem with there products.
