This was the best value MacBook for me. I've been editing all my videos perfectly fine and without all the headaches I had while editing on my old pc. I do have this issue where my cursor refuses to move either when I first open my MacBook or if it's been on idle for a while. It usually responds after a couple attempts. Other than that, a good laptop.

I've been using this macbook for a little less than two years now. No issues so far, other than the occasional Bluetooth disconnecting...

It’s is as usual a very great Apple product like the rest, i usually go by the specs that are good for me and never had a problem with there products.

Employees were very quick and friendly with dealing with me and also during the current health situation with Covid-19 , just glad they had it in stock when I wanted to get it.

Great size to carry around for school and easy to use.

My grandson loves his new Apple-MacBook. He has not started school yet but he is on his new computer all day 7 days a week. The best investment I've made in a long time.

I purchased this computer to replace the one my daughter used during her first year at college. Her old computer needed to be replaced and upgraded before her next year.

Friendly staff. Glad they were opened. Easy curb side pick up. Had to go back to find the right Cover for the laptop. They were able to help me straight away with this too.

I turn to Best Buy whenever I need to purchase a computer or any appliance because I know that I’m getting quality & a fair price!

The customer service rep who helped us was really great. She has answers to all questions and made sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. She has great customer service skills.

pretty good battery life, sturdy, easy to type. Cost is high tho

Little expensive ,no touch screen ,working fast,not so much ram

I'm a Mac guy and had nothing but Macs, so I can't really compare it to another laptop. I bought this to replace a MacBook 12-inch that gave out and this has been great so far. My biggest complaint is that a week after I bought it, Apple introduced their new model with twice the hard drive capacity. I guess I should have waited.

I purchased for my daughter as a graduation gift. It was expensive but she was valedictorian of her class so she was well deserving of it. It has helped her in college.

Fast and reliable,you get what you pay for Mac is back

Its okay I guess! Overpriced but you have to have it or you cannot survive. I would prefer that they went back to giving them away for free.

I brought my kids this as a Christmas gift but with the long view in mine. Now, my college teenager is using it and loving everything about it. Great buy!!

I bought this for my husband for Valentine’s Day and he absolutely loves it! It is a bit High In price, but I personally thing it’s worth it.. would definitely recommend!

Very good Computer apple MacBook bought it for my Daughters 14th Birthday to use for High School, and for College. She really loves it many features, clear picture.
