    the MacBook is awesome except that the new screen on keyboard causes display problems. when you open and close it over a year it doesn't work correctly and the display turns green.. not worth the money paid for this MacBook. cost 630 to replace

    I switched from a HP to a Mac Pro and I need to attend some classes to learn more about the Mac. I am very frustrated with the new technology on the Mac. and have had to go to the Apple Genius Bar for help twice already. I will have to hold my review until I learn how to use my new Mac.

    I am so upset to give a bad rating because I looked forward to finally getting a mac book pro. I’m 30 and have wanted one ever since I can remember. It feels like a well built machine but within weeks I could tell there were issues with the touch pad and the mouse pointer would freeze or disappear. I didn’t pay over 1500 for anything less than great so I returned it before the holiday exchange policy ended and got a new one. It is about 7 months later and I have already sent this one back twice. The screen came down with these weird flashing vertical lines and then one of the two USB ports completely failed on me.. crashing the computer any time you plug a device into that port. I have since had the issues repaired but what’s next?
