I have purchased this MacBook Pro for about 15 months and it hasn't been a year yet. My keyboard, one of them didn't wanna work and lots of technical problems causes. Little upset. Run pretty slow as well.

Worst purchase ever!!! Be warned. After A year and 5 months with this purchase, the screen light stopped working. I took it to the apple store I confirm that it has the same problem like the “13-inch MacBook Pro Display Backlight Service Program” however because it is the 2019 device and not the 2016-2018 devices, I have to pay $500+ for a screen replacement. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed that now after a year and 5 month my 1600 purchase will now cost me 2000+. Please Apple do better!

I am SOOOO underwhelmed with this computer. It's been back to the Apple repair shops twice and I've owned it for 7 months. Internal temp gets to 147 degrees regularly. I just got it back from the repair shop yesterday, I've been on the computer for less than an hour and it's already over 115 degrees. I've been on Apple chat and know the things that cause the processor to overwork -- so don't use them - and yet still, this computer is freaking hot!

to many problems with setting it up. Apple is not for me at this time going to stick with microsoft

...and I've owned most of them. Got this one for travel as it weights so much less that the MBPs from 2-3 years ago. NOTE THAT THE PRICE HAS DROPPED TO $1299 this week, another $100 savings!. A well-known accessory company selling at Best Buy has invented an $89 "dock" that fits snugly into the 2 USB-C ports on the sides and gives you the two USB-C ports back, a card reader, and 2 USB 3.0 ports for your legacy devices (ever seen a Logitech USB-C mouse dongle? Me neither - get a bluetooth mouse. I recommend the Logi M585 as a reasonably priced solution and Best Buy also sells them. BUT... we were talking about the computer, weren't we? OK -- FAST, boots up fast, screen is just AMAZING. I stepped down from my MBP 15 inch screen because this one is so bright and high-res. Makes Photoshop editing easy. You won't regret buying one !

Opened my Christmas present, fresh out of the box with scratches all over the lid For as much money as this cost, would expect to be pristine and free of any indications of damage.

It would switch off after 65% percent of charge....

I’ve had this laptop for a little over two years. And the logic board went out so the computer won’t start. When this happens you can’t even retrieve the information from your laptop. Buyer beware.

Apple Tax... Mac OS is the only reason to really get a mac now, as with the same price you can get a windows based laptop that can rival the looks and build quality for a mac but run circles around it in performance and cooling. Plus that keyboard...

This is the best computer I’ve ever had it’s light and works fast.

Got this for my son for Christmas and after opened it and charged it, the battery kept dying.

No touch screen and slow in performance . During use it gets even slower. After paying fully price apple is asking me credit card to update software (fixing there own mistake).

Over heats for the simplest things................

This is a quality product buy apple but With in a year my display went bad. Keyboard is sticking.
