I bought a 2020 thinking it would be great. I can’t return it for a full refund, or I would. I upgraded to get a new machine, and to stream from the laptop. The camera is so outdated, I don’t want to keep the machine. Best Buy wouldn’t let me return it because I was 4 days past the return date.
