Issues within first month never dropped or damaged screen went black

Mac is always a great product. I have used my loyalty points to issue my gift cards for this purchase, and best buy did not honor me rewards for this purchase as they say I used BB Gift Card. Micheal at Account specialist needs to get back to me on this and call me for the same

Well, I've only just got this about 5 days ago. I'm liking it so far. I've only been using PC laptops like Lenovo, Dell, HP etc. Decided to give apple a try. Still getting used to how to use it but it is a lot simpler than a PC. I am only using it for schoolwork and downloaded Microsoft office for school purposes but also love the MAC "office" programs like pages (word) numbers (excel) keynote (powerpoint). I'm really liking the pages app. I've downloaded maybe 1 or 2 games from the apple store but not going to be using this primarily for gaming. Love the typing experience on this and the Touch Bar. I love that I can use Siri on here! I got the base model so it only has 2 ports. Wish it had one on each side but, so if I wanted to charge and use a USB mouse, I cannot do that. Which is okay. I love this laptop and so happy I made the switch. The only con I would say is that the fan is loud. I'm using my MacBook writing this review and I can hear the fan going. That is the only reason I docked a star. I just hope it won't be a problem in the future. I doubt it though. Overall great product.

It’s a great computer I just wanted to bring it back because I wanted a iPad and the man told me 30 days and Yeah I try to turn it in Two weeks ago and they said only have 14 days so now I’m mad Because now I have to keep some that I don’t want

You guys cheated me because I didn’t get my MacBook & never got my money back.You guys said that delivery is not your responsibility then whose responsibility is?I didn’t get my money back too.you guys are cheaters.

The SSD went bad in under 2 years with minimal use. Make sure to buy a protection plan or you’ll potentially waste 1k+ like I did.

Apple is so good do you think they would have touchscreen. Having issues navigating this. Not fond of the layout. Wish it was like an iPad with computer features.

Got it for my bday and after a week of having it it asked to be updated and after that had to take it back as I could not get in. They replaced it but have not got it yet.

i had this for 4 months and i put ,my phone down on the keyboard it slid into bottom of screen and cracked immediately!! not durable at all!!

Tried to open Parler app and it seems Apple has decided to censor what apps I can and cannot use. Sorry I bought Apple products now.

I purchased this to do basic work.. it was EXTREMELY slow, the screen was tiny and too expensive for the little it could do

I usually have a great experience but I was on for 2 hours and was transferred to 8 people and then they hung up on me.
