This is my second MacBook Pro, and have zero complaints. Had my last MacBook for 7 years and still worked perfectly. Just wanted a little upgrade. No complaints here

Everything that's on my iMac, just laid out a bit differently. Still learning to navigate the newer system. Ease of use rating will increase as I adjust to some changes.

Have lost track of the number of macbooks I have purchased over the years. They are good solid computers for the money. Pro's on this iteration: thin and lightweight , large trackpad. Cons absolutely no upgrading after you purchase, keyboard is awkward, tool bar thing doesn't seem to be that useful

Once you start using MacBook Pro, you will enjoy the premium features of this laptop. Reliable, fast and secured. What you pay is what you will get... Worth the value!

Love my MacBook. Changed over from a Dell PC and love the Mac. SO much faster than the PC. Hoping it will last me a good, long time.

I really enjoy the finger print security. The sliding bar is a real easy to use feature and time saver. Lots of thought went into this model and the up-grades are great.

Love it! I don’t have to worry about my college student not being able to get their homework done in a timely manner due to computer problems! It is very user friendly!

The MacBook is a great computer but adding the two additional ports is a must. Yes, one can buy a hub, but it still restrictive. Think about the four port MacBook Pro.

We bought this for our daughter, upgrade her other MacBook she loves the Touch Bar and all the new features. We’re never disappointed with any of our apple products!!

I bought this laptop for work and personal use. The lightweight design makes it great for working on the go. I actually prefer this version over the touchbar version.

rescreached a few and found the Apple to be the best one recommended to last more than 2 to 3 years. My granddaughter seemed to love it when she opened the box.

Bought this for my daughter when the schools closed and she moved to Zoom classes. Did great for her and now she has it at college. No complaints.

This is my first Mac. I thought I would have a harder time adjusting from PC to Mac, but so far, so good. This model is perfect for what I use it for.

As a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 user, I was sick and tired of the deficiencies that the Surface notebooks have. The Surface battery could no longer hold a charge and about 10% of the battery power would discharge over a 24-hour period after shutting down. Switching to a Macbook made a lot of sense and the quality is much better. On a daily basis, I can use either MS Windows and iOS computers without any issues so having an additional Apple device along with an iPhone is very nice. So far. I’m very please with this laptop. As always, you just need to save up more funds to afford Apple products.

Pleased with the quality of the laptop, Was concerned about the keyboard due to reported issues. So far I have not had any issues. Really like the Touch Bar.
