It is working perfectly fine. I did not get the 2 free products with that. which was written inside the description. but the overall product is good.

the retina on the display is so good. I love how clear everything is on this computer screen. The only thing that sucks is you can see finger prints easily.

First, I almost took this computer back because the camera is so awful. Apple, how are you allowed to sell a MacBook with a crappier camera than a generation 1 iPad? How?! But as far as the smoothness of the computer and how well it works it’s still a good buy. I am just dissatisfied with the camera because my touch screen Dell which I bought back in 2015 is better than this camera my a long shot. Apple. Seriously. Even the first webcam ever is better than this camera and it has no drop in quality due to lighting like Apple. But my four ports are hard to return. I just wish I would’ve went bigger and got the 16”.

amazing laptop, came in great condition seemed to be brand new. Lightning fast. Has changed the way I use my laptop. Big fan.

Everyone has mixed opinions on using Apple products in college, but this was worth every dollar. It is so easy to use. I haven't had any issues.

There is a small learning curve when switching from PC to Mac, but this is easily overcome. Overall, Mac is much more user friendly.

Purchased as a gift to replace a previous MacBook (screen broke). Recipient is very happy with it. The light up, touch bar is an interesting feature.

I got this mostly for school, and now I'm using it for photo editing. It works GREAT! I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the Touch Bar but I dig it.

The MacBook Pro is an easy to use elegant ma home. It is intuitive and powerful for navigating programs such as Lightroom. I recommend it highly.

My son uses this product in his business. He is a television writer and needs a top quality, reliable product for his work. We have several Apple products including I-phones, laptops, I-pads and Apple TV. We have been Apple customers for over 30 years, and rarely had a problem. If service has been needed, the Genius Bar at a local Apple store has been very helpful. The work done has always been satisfactory and the advice reliable. Best Buy had the best price for this product, and if purchased on a Best Buy credit card, you get 5% back in rewards.

I needed a computer quick when we were told to work from home. I had an IPad but wanted a computer. Really pleased with my purchase !

So far I love it. The storage is a little difficult to get used to (256gb) have to have an external drive. But for what I use it for it is great.

I've always used MacBook and will always recommend anyone to use them, as they are the best. The support from Best Buy was also excellent.

Couldn’t be more pleased with this Mac Book. Easy to use, starts quickly and doesn’t have the Issues I’ve experienced with non-apple laptops.
