Went from a mac to a PC to a mac again..... and i dont bot regret switching back! Love my new computer. So easy to alternate from one sight to another, love that i can unlock my computer with my fingerprint, and of course being able to reply to text message from my laptop instead of killing my phones battery.

It's a good MacBook but it kinda overheats fast. I can be on Quizlet for too long because it overheats.

Bought for my son and he loves the computer and the Touch Bar has been easy to get used to. 4 stars just because of the cost!!!!

One year down at college and it's still performing as expected with no issues.My daughter has adapted to the Apple operating system and loves it. It has been durable enough to survive dorm life and still looks great. This is my second MacBook pro and I highly recommend them!

It does heats up but nothing you can’t manage. It works fine, but for the price I had very high expectations.

I purchased this Mac book as a birthday gift to myself because one I really needed one and two I wanted to purchase a splurge gift for myself. I am so happy with the Mac book and all the new features that It has, its pretty cool, so happy that I took the leap and got it

Only complaint is minimal ports and the need to acquire specialty cables for external connections.

Specs are what I was looking for and so far has performed without any issues. Great deal on Black Friday.

I am a broke college kid, but investing in one of these is super great ! It works so well with office and these other apps ... and if you are in a cozy mood , you can just watch anything! This computer has helped me do amazing projects!

The only issue is the heat of the computer when using on platforms like zoom. I let it cool often.

I’m not sure why it took me this long to purchase a MAC. Well I do know, it was the price but well worth it over a PC! Bc I own an Apple phone it makes uploading so much easier. I also love the creative features a MAC can do over PC.

I bought this Apple-MacBook for my grandson as a Christmas present. He is very satisfied with it and I have seen him doing schoolwork on this MacBook.

While in the market for a laptop I viewed many brands. I own a Mac desktop so decided to look a little deeper into Macintosh. I was blown away with the Pro, in addition to the memory meeting my prospective needs. I’m more than happy with my final decision.

I found the computer to be consistant with apple quality ,perhaps a tiny bit slower processing then my previous mac pro A little frustrating that it went on sale 39 days after purchase and my elite status only allows a price adustment for 30 days :/

Ordered item for my daughter. The day after I placed the order Best Buy had a price reduction on the item. I contacted customer service via their chat service and received a price match. No hassles and excellent customer service.

This was bought for my college freshman kid. It was a highly recommended item by the university. So far I have had no complaints from my kid. It handled on-campus and remote learning duties very well.

I bought this washer for my 90-year-old mother who needed a new washer without anything complicated. This washer has all the necessary settings and is very easy for her to use. So far we are very happy with this washer.

Great MacBook and had everything I was looking for, however there were better prices of the same MacBook with the same specs on Apple, they were even giving out free AirPods. I definitely didn’t get best value for my dollar
