Almost perfect: power and light weight. The keyboard needs a bit improvement.

This is the second one I have purchased and is for my wife. Using mine is just not always an option so now we have 2!! Boot time is super fast, Touch ID works like a charm when using KeyChain. Highly recommend this MacBook!

Overall a good machine. I had to exchange my initial buy due to the fan not starting up when it needed to, 2018 model. Not much difference with the 2019 model, but new keyboard, processor, and the fan works. So far, can't complain, but who gets excited about laptops anymore. Just need a functioning computer that is somewhat future proof. Had an old 2011 model before this, upset I can't upgrade the internals myself anymore.

Had great service as I was in a pinch needing a new computer for work. I knew what I wanted and they made sure to provide a model fitting my needs and wants very easily without trying to really up sell me.

3 stars because it’s nowhere near as durable as the previous version. Performance wise it’s an amazing machine I recommend to anyone. I’m an elephant and my computer has been back to Apple four times at this point, the older version was much tougher and therefore 3 stars

Love my new Mac. Debated going PC for the first time in a while but so thankful I stuck with Mac. The speed, sleeknees and involvement in the whole Mac ecosystem make me very pleased with my decision to purchase this laptop.

The Mac Book was everything we were looking for in a laptop! It’s perfect for day to day use but more importantly it helped us build and app for our daughter with Type 1 Diabetes!! Great product! Everyone should buy one!

Like the new MacBook Pro, but am a little disappointed that comes with USB-3

This is my second MacBook. First I bought open box in 2014 and the only reason I’m upgrading is it’s a little slow online. I will never own another Windows laptop as long as Apple is still in business.

I am a CS grad student and bought the laptop for my day to day to requirements. The keyboard on this one takes some time to get used to but once you are habitual of it, you won't be able to go back to anything else.

can do everything on it and more its awesome. I mean would be cool if laptop screens could be lift up to your eye height to keep you neck up. But hey I know it is a laptop so its a minor issue for sure.

My husband live a this computer only issue his music programs weren’t up to date with the computer so we had to spend more money on that. It’s not Best Buy’s fault but Apple Rip people off every day

The quality is just next level. The product is very user friendly.

Performs all operations required and then some. Speedy hard drive, great screen. Even good for some light gaming on the web. Hard drive space is light but most school work is cloud based now. Would buy again.

Ended up buying the Mac on the recommendation of the Best Buy rep. Was not happy with the selection or price. Lol but I am so glad I bought it! It is exactly what I needed and I’m great full!
