    Had a lengthy check out trying to get student discount / took at least 30 minutes to make the purchase with trade in and didn't know that you had to add an account to get the student discount would have been nice to know this is advance since it is not easy to complete all of this on your phone while at the counter.

    I wanted to return the laptop. It overheated quickly and does not have a good storage space for Imovies. Terrible purchase and now I can’t get back my money even though I am an Elite Member. They won’t make me return it
