wanted a good quality laptop to do some photo and video editing . I've made the right choice on purchasing this MacBook! I was thinking on buying a pc but did not want to sacrifice quality for affordability plus did not want to deal with the Hassle that pcs can cause . overall great performance in a small package .

The 13.3 Inch MacBook pro is superb, coming from a windows platform the transition into macOS has been easy and the features of the machines are similar. I have not had the device long enough to write a full review but initial impressions are the device is quality, fast, and screen resolution is unparalleled.

I have had this laptop for about a month now and really have no complaints it is awesome! The only thing I don’t like is having to get an adapter because it doesn’t have usb or hdmi ports. Other than that I love it! Also touchbar is a nice feature to have..

Love everything about this new computer, I have not had a laptop for a long time now and this one was very easy for me to pick up and learn on the fly. I do a lot of videos and wanted to start editing in 4K, this computer allows me . Overall I love this computer and have not even unlocked its full capabilities yet

As with every other Apple product I have ever owned, a device that is built well and just works. Some complain about the price of Apple products. In my experience, in the case of Apple, you get what you pay for. Every Apple product I have ever purchased still works. This includes a 2007 24” iMac that my daughter uses, and even an original 30GB iPod, to name a few. Spec wise the 13” MacBook Pro will not beat some PC products that cost a little less, but when I turn it on, five, ten years from now, I bet it will still work, something that most people could probably not say about their PC. Apple fan-boy? You bet I am. I’m all in the Apple ecosystem because Apple has proven they are several steps above the competition. They are not perfect. No company is. But for me, their products get it done without getting in the way. This is the part where I talk about Best Buy. The online purchase was completed easily and I received my laptop within a few weeks, which is good as I am at an APO. I would purchase from Best Buy again.

Love the Mac. Ease of use and functionality are as always but only giving it 3 stars because there is no built in compact disc compartment. Everything (accessories) have to be purchased separately as an upscale cost. Miss the old Mac. And the new prongs are a bit frustrating to deal with. You have to purchase an adapter separately to connect multiple devices, including USB cables. Wish I still had my old Mac.

Great laptop for college light weight and powerful

I knew what I was paying for and I am happy with it thus far. I got the Touch Bar and I do enjoy it but I use it a lot less than I expected to- of course that’s mostly due to habit and being used to the touchpad for most do the things that have been integrated into the Touch Bar. Nevertheless it’s awesome

I love this computer, works great. I bought it for normal use such as pictures , internet browsing.. however mostly because I wanted to play World of Warcraft Classic on the run! It plays very well even on the highest settings. It’s not a super gaming computer but for the price it plays well.

Good performance. But a little pricey. However if you compare similar computers configurations from other manufacturers, they are much cheaper.

First time Mac user with this laptop, I thought the switch from windows to Mac would be hard but it wasn’t much. A great laptop by looks, ease of access. I feel they should provide the port adaptors in the kit cause who wouldn’t need those. Lightweight and easy to carry around. I will recommend this laptop

This laptop has been a great upgrade to my old MacBook Air. The display is great however slightly small. I do think the battery life is only okay and could be okay. The laptop handles multitasking great. Just note that this laptop only has usb-c ports though which is inconvenient.

My son had the earlier version of this computer and it’s been a steady performer over the years. Now that he has witnessed the upgrades this has he wants to trade with me. Startup Speed, advanced keyboard, battery life and overall performance set this computer apart from the rest.

This laptop is fast and awesome. I have had a Macbook Pro previously and this one is just as good or better! The only thing for me is that the touch pad is wider and more sensitive so I happened to click on something I didn't intend to.

I upgraded from the 2017 non touchbar version which was still good. The touchbar is very useful especially with the apps and shortcuts. I didn't notice that much difference with the speed. Not sure how long the butterfly keyboard is going to last. But, I still recommend it though.

I'm a huge Mac lover, and this Mac has exceeded my expectations! I l love the new keyboard and the touch bar is much more handy than I had initially thought. The auto-dim is a great feature, and I really like the finger print sign-in!

Great purchase and i love the new features apple has added. Only disappointment is that they could add more memory to all of the models.

Everyone uses it as a home laptop. The boys like to game on it as does my partner. I find it light weight and easy to use.

Don’t get me wrong, Macbooks are super nice and all... but totally not worth the price. I am a college student, and even the cheapest Macbook was giving me payment anxiety... (not sure if that’s a thing). I decided to get the newest and most expensive Macbook because why not. I love photography so it was supposed to be great for that. Well, this thing froze up quite often for a new laptop, and it didn’t even allow me to submit any of my college assignments through the college website. It did have very good speakers, and the touch bar was a great addition... but Macbooks are too over priced. I actually returned this and bought a larger laptop (15.6 inch screen) with better memory and processing speed, along with the ability to convert it into a tablet or touch screen laptop. It was LESS THAN HALF the price of this Macbook, and so much better!!! Don’t get me wrong, it was super nice, but only if you can truly afford it. Macbooks are too overrated; or at least in my opinion. #brokecollegelife

The service I received at my local Best Buy was phenomenal. Associates were friendly and well informed! The Laptop is everything you can ask for (of course with the price tag to mactch) the laptop is an amazing piece of tech and definitely worth buying, if it is within your budget to do so!
