I purchased an open box 2018 13" MacBook Pro with the touch bar. While the touch bar is of little value, the fingerprint reader that comes with it is a very nice convenience. The MacBook is built well and very fast. I cannot tell that it was an open box as it appears to be brand new. I feel like I got a great deal on a great product that will last for many years. I deducted a point only because I'd like to see Apple add a touch screen, but the BestBuy experience for this purchase was 5 stars.

I needed a laptop for school, and this caught my eyes and the day I bought it they were having a sale on it PLUS my student discount deal! had to get it since the sale was only a flash sale for that day, it was hard to pass up, STEAL! and the look is elegant!

So happy I bought the latest version & I not the outgoing model. Maybe I will stay ahead of the tech curve for a little longer. Great product, the slide bar is wonderful. I have an older version of the MacBook Pro & it is still going strong--never had any issues with it.

Everything about this MacBook is what they say it is. I am sure once I get use to switching from Windows I’ll be fine. But they need to provide more guide in the instructions. It was a pamphlet with 3 small pages. The colors do come out clear and bright and it’s lightweight which makes it easy to carry around. The Touch Bar does increase its appeal and works just like the iPad and iPhone with word suggestions. Being able to see and switch between pages without hassle is convenient.

Purchase was easy, quick, also came with a discount! Support people were knowledgeable and friendly, thanks BB. Can't say enough about the MACBOOK PRO 13", portable as I travel extensively. GREAT PRODUCT!

I've been using Apple products for quite some time now. For myself I just love how smooth and intuitive they are. I love all the new features on the new models. Thanks to Best Buy I got a smoking good deal on this new computer and I just love it.

My first ever MacBook and I just love it. It's a lightweight and a good size to carry around. 13 inches display screen might be a little less for some people but works for me. I attach an external display monitor when I am coding

The Best buy sales representatives did a wonderful job of outlining all the differences between the Mac laptops and also the competitive Surface. We enjoyed the experience and eventually bought the Mac Book Pro 13 inch. Great computer for college and works great.

Great computer. This thing is a beast when it comes to ordinary every day computing an extra tasks as far as video editing and production. This is a great computer for all types of needs including college students and business professionals.

Love the dark gray color. The design is very sleek and touchbar makes it!

I've had enough of Microsoft's updating crap. The last update rendered my keyboard useless and decided it was time to part ways with them. So far I'm pretty happy with Apple and plan on buying a Mac to replace my laptop. The touchbar is pretty cool also

I bought this on sale at Best Buy. I shopped Apple, Costco, Amazon and Best Buy had the best price. This is a great replacement to my Mac Air. I didn't think I would like or need the Touch Bar but it is awesome. I would recommend highly recommend it.

Coming from the early 2015 MacBook Pro, I couldn't be happier. I am a graduate student and the upgraded processor has made the upgrade worth it in my eyes. Most of my work is accessible via the cloud, so the USB-C interface isn't that much of a drawback.

I purchased this Apple Pro, after multiple more economical laptops broke down on me. After the last one, I had enough, and decided to make the investment. Yes, it’s more expensive, yes, I’m learning how to use but it’s completely worth the investment.

This is a great product if you’re looking for simplicity and something that’ll give you the power to multitask and photo/video edit. The laptop is lightweight and easy to handle! Only downside is you need a usb-c to connect any devices.

At first when I got a Mac book, I wanted to throw it across the room since it’s operating system is different then windows. After getting the swing of things, seeing how much faster it is and how long it last, I’m an Apple person for life!

I absolutely love my MacBook Pro. It is perfect for school and easy to carry In my bag class to class. The touch bar is great and I'm glad I chose to go with the the one that has the touch bar feature. I haven't had any problems with my laptop so far.

Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to go back to a windows device such as the new Razer devices that have come out recently like the Blade 15 and Stealth. Personally, I learned how to code on Mac so I didn't want to have to relearn how to set up my computer and do things differently so I stuck with the Apple Ecosystem. If you don't have that kind of restriction your money may be better spend on a bigger faster device such as the new Razer products.
