This laptop does everything I need and it was worth every penny. Having the newer generation hardware really makes a difference; as does the sleeker design.

Purchased for my child to use for last year of college. It was the perfect choice and worked easily with other apple products.

The laptop is thin and portable, the built quality is amazing. The only drawback is the ports, you have to buy an extra adaptor, anyways is a good machine.

My son bought the regular Mac. I went and surprised him by getting the Mac with the touch bar. He can't stop using it! He said it made the big difference.

This new Apple w/touch bar is one slick unit ,it will takes weeks to learn all the new stuff packed into this unit,was worth the extra to upgrade .

I previously had a MacBook Air 17" from 2016 that I desperately needed to replace-and Im so happy with my decision to buy this one! Definitely worth the price. The touchbar is very helpful when taking notes for class because of the accessibility to change color of text or to highlight words

Macbook pro's are amazing laptop, I had good experience with bestbuy, Initially I got a defected piece and best buy replaced it with a new onces.

Satisfies with design and Touch Bar is convenient. A little worried about the new keyboard durability thoug.

I have the 17nch MacBook pro with touchbar which led my macbook air user friend to upgrade to 13 inch MacBook pro! That's how amazing the laptop is.

We bought this for our son, a college student. It’s perfect for his needs. He likes it so much that I’m buying another one for myself.

1. Screen displays amazing color. 2. I used it to watch 4k movie. Although it is hot in touch bar area , fans are unexpected quiet. I was determined to buy the older and cheaper 2017 without bar model but doubted it will be noisy. 3. More thunderbolts. You might think it is not that important cause two are enough, but the truth is you never know what devices you are going to connected. 4. Keyboard. You will enjoy by typing with its keyboard.

This computer is easy to use and my son who is a senior in high school loves it and is looking forward to using it in college next year.

My sister needed a computer for nursing school and of coarse this computer came highly recommended. She loves it and hasn't had any problems with it.

Biggest complaint I've read is poor battery life. Apple says 13hrs, NOT A CHANCE. Lasts 2 hrs tops under normal use. Great product on tech stuff, my 17 yr old loves the touch bar, true Apple Zombies love it as long as they aren't the ones paying for it!! Price is far too high, I would have bought a samsung for 800 less if it were for me!!! Screen is vibrant but too small but this size is a good size in portability vs the 15". Quality is top notch but lets see what the reliability will be, too soon to tell. My kid says she would reluctantly recommend this laptop.

I bought this laptop for my son to take with him to college. It has provided an excellent baseline to take care of all his needs.
