Yes, this product is expensive, but the quality is impeccable. No keyboard flex, reliable very nice design.

I was debating between this model and the regular 12" MacBook, and I am so glad I picked this one. It's fast, it's light, it has a beautiful screen, and despite many others' complaints about the keyboard I like it so much better than the one that was on my 2015 Macbook Air.

Our second MacBook. Quality is great, longer life then a PC. 1st one lasted over 11 years.

What can I say, it’s a MAC, I have spent the last 40 years working on and operating computers, and was a dedicated windows user for 30 years, but now I an totally sold on MAC mostly due to the reliability of the hardware and operating system.

One of the best computers I’ve ever owned Apple really went to the next level with this laptop it’s a bit expensive but very worth it especially if you’re planning on keeping it for a long time I would highly recommend it also Best Buy has great financing options

I have had this computer for about 4 weeks. It has a little more "under the hood" compared to my 2014 version of the Macbook Pro. The touch bar feature is something that I cannot use intuitively but I am getting used to it and it is very helpful. The OS is fine.

I like this Macbook pro. Good speed and 4 usb c type is very useful. But touch bar is so hard for use it for me.

Macbook is easy to use and great. We got a great deal on it as well due to being student and tech support member

Loved my MacBook Pro upgrade from dual to quad core. The most sweetest part is that Best Buy was offering $500 discount for this product last week, which is totally insane. Loved it! ❤️❤️❤️

Santa Claus bought this computer since is required by the school to be compatible with the network. She is familiar with it, since all her classmates have a similar computer. Graphics and functions are good and has Sirius. Lot of features and good for art.

I have no problems with my computer. I needed a new one once my harddrive malfunctioned on my other computer. I just have complaints about things that Apple has done such as get rid of the convient cord wrap up device on the charger and a few other minor things.

Purchased the MacBook Pro for my daughter when her Chromebook died - she is loving the move to the MacBook, much quicker response times and she loves the functionality compared to her old laptop, granted you can't really compare the two apples to Apple!

I got sold by the Touch Bar. Worst reason to by this Mac book pro. I could've just settled for a "normal" one. You could get so much more with other laptops for far less, too. I do love MacBooks, but had serious buyer's remorse after buying this laptop, and seriously considered returning for a refund. I would research more about what this laptop has to offer vs. other brands/platforms.

of course the laptop is amazing, it’s apple, on and on, but when i’m watching a video on full screen, the screen will flash green for a fraction of a second a couple times. i have yet to contact best buy about this, but other than that it’s great.

I love the 13 inch Mac Book Pro. l had the 15 inch before and wasn't sure I would like the smaller one but have been pleasantly surprised. It is easier to transport wherever I go. The colors on the screen are vibrant and new features are easier to use.

When it comes to the Mac Pro ,it does what it suppose to do , it makes my life a lot easier vs my older mac ...

I never owned a MacBook before but the Pro lives up to its standards. The touchpad display helps wonders, the only issue is you have to be looking down at your MacBook. If it’s resting on your chest you can’t see a thing on the touchpad display.

This is my 3rd MacBook & prob like 10th in our family. They just work flawlessly, SW updates are easy, apps work nicely, plus MacBooks just look nice. Probably one of the best things is these machines do not come with all that extraneous software pre-loaded.

Still rooting for Apple products all the way. I just needed more power to do photoshop and video editing.
