I love my MacBook!! Please get tech squad or Apple care insurance. The Mac is sooo sensitive and cracked within the first year. Had to pay about $600 to get it fixed TWICE.

I love my Mac! I bought this for editing purposes and works great. The Touch Bar is not necessary I don’t really use it much if I’m being honest just looks cool.

I was nervous about the new MacBook only having usb-c but I ended up loving it. I can just plug anything into whatever port I want and its super easy.

First one we purchased was a 'dud'. It quit holding a charge and went to a code screen. Geek Squad looked at it and said to just return it for a replacement because it was less than 30 days from purchase and obviously just a bad one. Was replaced, easy as pie and the new one works like a dream. We love it! Kind of a bit frustrating, but the customer service was great. No complaints!

I use many apple products so this fits right in. I like the fact that I can’t get my iMessages on my computer while I am working. It certainly feels like it was built with quality in mind.

I happened to buy this computer when BB had a $300 off sale. bought it for my daughter starting college. great computer but would have chosen the MacBook air if the pro was not on sale.

The staff was great in helping me make a decision on the right computer for my needs and after several questions MAC was the answer for me and it has not disappointed this thing is amazing

Easily the greatest thing I’ve bought myself. Main purpose is gonna be for school but it’s been great so far just for recreational uses and also getting ready for school. Multi purposed.

Amazing Mac! Hands down best thing ever! The keyboard is a little annoying sometimes depending on how you like typing. I prefer a deeper key travel but other than that it’s great

I finally updated my laptop (mid-2007) to the new MacBook Pro 2018. I love it! I also love the touchpad, as it can save time when used effectively. Already looking to purchase another MB Pro.

It sinks up with my Apple Watch, iPad and iPhone. Life is good. It is taking some time and effort to get used to the iOS. But no complaints!

I was way overdue for a new laptop and this one does not disappoint! I appreciate the customer service as well. I highly recommend choosing Best Buy for all your apple products!

There’s not much to be excited for. I only bought a new computer because my last one pooped out on me. It wasn’t a Mac, but I’m very familiar with their products as I have used them many times before. I decided on this one because I THOUGHT it’d be a good investment since I’m going back to school, but I thought wrong. The new screens are extremely fragile and I wish I’d known before I bought it. If you buy a new MacBook, you’d be paying for old technology unless you get the model with the Touch Bar. (Which isn’t mind blowing, but handy at times)

Purchased this Macbook for my daughter who is in high school. Since she has interest in digital media. This was perfect. Chose the smaller one because of ease handling when moving around.
