I’ve been a MacBook & MacBook Pro user since 07’ Not anymore... first: there is only two ports period. One is for charging. All usb things have to be plugged into a converter... also, no dvd drive. when I first got this thing the Touch Bar didn’t work, so I figured I’d eventually just take it to the mall and get that fixed. Then all of a sudden my track pad stopped working so I had to plug in an ugly old pc mouse. The other night I went to sleep with my laptop on my bed. It fell off and the screen BROKE. I’ve had it for 30 days! I know they’re making these things “more affordable” and thinner but that also = cheap and no accessories. This is the worst apple product I’ve had in awhile (besides the dumb watch)

Apple always offers quality products. Their phone may be a bit more sensitive to damage but their Mac books LAST! They offer you longevity to a big purchase.

We purchased this for our daughter for college. She has been using my MacBook Pro from 2008 that is still going strong, so I don't expect any less from this computer for her.

Great laptop. The built quality is the best I have seen on a laptop. The only thing that annoys me with this laptop is apple using 8th gen i5 rather then 10th gen.

Many new features - user friendly!! I am still on a learning curve. The new features - over & above my old MacPro such as the touch bar (+ many more) are real winners!

This was purchase for my cousin and she just love it.. as a teenager she’s always on it doing school work, listening to music and social media events.. she’s having a blast!!!

I highly recommend taking the jump into a Mac even if you have Windows specific applications. Just run Parallels and enjoy the benefit of a great operating system.

2nd Mac purchase from Best Buy. Identical laptops - 1 year apart. Each Daughter needed a new computer for college. They love them and that's all that matters.

I ordered the Macbook at my local Best Buy. The computer was scheduled to arrive a day before my daughter left for college. To our delight it arrived 3 days early!
