This is first MAC. Had other Apple products. This was easy to set up less than 10 mins. Quality product as expected from Apple. Ditch windows and come on the Apple side.

fortunate enough to get this computer at a real bargain. definitely takes some getting used to if you've never used macOS before, but plenty of resources provided online

Little complicated to use. Overall a good product. Got it for a really good price with the Student discount. Like the special with the free air pods also. Like it so much I got 2 of them. 1 for each child. Also got the new IPad to go along with one of them. Employee was very helpful and understanding of the product.

I love my Mac I wouldn’t change a thing! This was my best purchase of the year. Only thing I would tell people is about the external usb port you have to buy.

A great machine. Can do just about any application needed . The only drawback is the length of the charging cord. Probably should be 3 feet longer than it is.

My experience with BestBuy was fairly good. It took a little longer to get my products than expected, but overall, I am satisfied. However, I received the wrong case for my computer, and when I called to set up an appointment to return my product (during COVID), the employees cancelled on me, and I was never able to return my case.

It a good and handy, everything seems to be good but the Type C port has only 2 and it needs an adopter [cost around $5] to connect my iPhone to this Mac

It as ok. I actually returned this one and selected a different laptop. It had nothing to do with the quality of the product, but more to do with my personal preference. As usual this Apple product is greeat but jist not for me.

College students need a laptop and my son, the art major, chose this one as his. He can connect to his phone and watch easily.
