This is the same macbook pro as last year and if you've used a retina macbook this is no different with the exception of the magic keyboard. The butterfly keyboard was mostly okay but occasionally would do quirky things like not have a working press and hold function. As someone who routinely writes in other languages the ability to modify your key press is super helpful and I thought the inability to occasionally do it with my old macbook pro had something to do with the butterfly keyboard but unfortunately it happened again with a magic keyboard. I'm really not sure what I'm going to do about this if there's a fix that doesn't require restarting my computer this is manageable but I'm really tired of having to reboot and hope my keyboard works afterwards.

Great computer! Love it and have purchased 2 in the past. Never gets a virus like previously owned computers I have owned.

Would have liked Price Match with Costco, which would have saved $200.00. Also, Sales tax was another $200 or more, and would have appreciated if Sales person could have done tax-free since item was for an 8th grade student. Thank you.
