The laptop itself is almost great. The keys, however, are horrible! I hate the flat keys. They get stuck and make typing a chore.

Difficult to learn to navigate after having two Microsoft products. However, I’m excited about the many options and features available.

If you are looking for a storage device, and don’t store in the cloud, go with the bigger hard drive.

The computer pretty good I like that you can unlock it with your finger print. I don’t like the camera quality my phones has a better quality.

Love this little thing. HOWEVER!! The speaker quality is terrible. I can’t hear when I have a webcast. Solution: connect speakers or Airpods.

Difficult to use when transitioning from windows computers. Very confusing. The help center is very helpful either lol. Not user friendly, ESPECIALLY the browser. I got the computer for school and I had to download different browsers to be able to login properly. The Touch Bar is a cool feature but not enough to make me want to keep this computer.

I have enjoyed the laptop soo far have to really spend some quality time on it .... a lot different then the ipad but overall i do like it!

My first apple product I've ever purchased. It's good so far, no glitches. I'm just getting used to IOS layout. Very different from Windows.

We are still learning the ins and outs of a Mac. They are much different than what we are use too. But the computer seems real nice though

Really love it the only thing I don’t like is that it starts heating up too fast once it’s in use and the battery dies too quickly!!!

Third MacBook purchased for college use (son, daughter, and myself). After two graduations… no issues.

The M1 MacBooks are way better deal and run wayyyyyy better. Pricey for what you get.

Had an older macbook and I have to say, this has a much shorter battery life and wasn’t all too impressed. great computer nonetheless

I came just before the store was to close and the gentleman helping me was nonchalant and seemed to want to be else. I attempted to show him the order confirmation so he could the info he needed from it. He told me all he needed was my name and then he cam back to ask for the very information such as the order number that I attempted to give to him, initially. I was not impressed with the service received.

Great laptop but no use for the Touch Bar. Very fast and efficient.

Overprice for old hardware. Uses intel 8th gen instead of new 10th gen.

Great computer for college student!! Had MacBooks in the past and they last if you keep them updated with current software.

I really enjoy the computer even though I am not a fan of apple as a company. This computer will be very helpful for my degree.
