We cannot put the laptop on your lap and work since the surface tends to heat up and seriously we are paying so much money to have a apple heating pad pro !!!

Not nice at all, it started getting heating up.

I never under impression to return it so did not check the return policy. Now my new macbook they are sending to service centers which I don’t need that. When I bought it I hardly used and did not check the performance in a week, after 18 days it started getting heat up. Not sure what needs to be done and I paid around $1200. It’s a MacBook Pro 13 inch with Touch Bar bought in June-2020. Also not sure if it is wrong with Best Buy or Apple, I am using Apple product more than 10 years and never see any issues.
