    The older MacBook Pro butterfly keyboard was a problem and Apple fixed this with the newer 2020 versions. I recommend sticking to the late 2020 versions which have the Magic keyboard design. Also, it has the older processor. The M1 chip is worth the upgrade for the newer MacBooks.
