Bought for my daughter. Away at school no complaint

Too long to ship it to my home and to get purchase

Horrible. Bought brand new and straight out of the box it would BURN my legs when on my lap. No application running, nothing. But would get notifications that I was running too many things and memory was low. Best Buy sent me to apple. Apple sent me back to Best Buy. By that time the refund policy expired. So upset I spent over $1,000 for absolutely nothing. It doesn’t work at all. And this was NOT refurbished either.

Is perfect and necessary. I’m recommend this product.

From the first day, it would shut down instead of going to sleep when I closed it. Then it started shutting down randomly while I was using it and now I can’t even unplug it to use it. I had it for a little over a week before taking it in for service but I was told by Apple that if it’s an operating system issue, it’s not covered by the warranty and I’ll have to pay to have it repaired - even though I contacted Apple immediately about it not functioning properly out of the box. Still not sure what’s wrong with it - I haven’t heard anything since I dropped it off for service. Really disappointed in my first MacBook

The sales experience was quite good, more of 4 or5 but I have had trouble with the product. The camera keeps going off for zoom meetings. and I need to restart the whole system to get it back on. Alleles has been very good.

Will not charge after Big Sur update Docking station / direct to outlet / multiple outlets/ can’t get enough charge to attempt to remedy Very disappointed for the money this thing should not have these types of issues

Overall I’ve bought and returned about 3 MACBOOK PROS because of how there was so many bugs and glitches happening to my laptop. The point is that the laptop can be used but as time goes with it will get stuck along the way.

It’s about 100-200 dollars more for the same processor and 128GB more of memory. I love the computer and I know it’s Apple so it’s bound to be expensive, but I can get an external HDD for less than that with a terabyte.

This is Macbook Pro is extremely hot when just surfing the internet. It has locked up 3 tines in the 2 months I ownded, My 2015 Macbook Pro never locked up.

This i5 ain't cutting it and everything else they put into this laptop to work fast ain't worth it's price point. IDK why they charge 13k for this apple

MacBook works ok but charger cord stopped working a few months after purchase. I had to replaced it at Apple store. Best Buy was not helpful when I contacted the store.

I'm disappointed that Apple has not released a 14" Macbook Pro. I like the MacBook Pro features but since I've seen all the features on the new larger size iPad Pro I decided to go that route.

Started out working fine, then a loud shhhh noise began. Power cycled it and noise still there. Cursor got stuck and wouldn’t move...some other issues as well. I may return or replace.

Have had easier to navigate computers. Had to get add on wireless mouse to make it easier to navigate than using fingers to move,pinch.etc. Not the best for us older people.

I love my apple items that I have which is why I purchase them all the time. However, I recently purchased (early last September ) a mackBook pro and within 8 months I started having problems with it. While I’m in the middle of doing something and this Grey bar pops up the width of the screen and says the program I’m in is using too my power and needs to be shut down, and sometimes it shuts down. I’m not very happy and will be taking it to geek squad, again!

There is finger print appears on the screen and it is permanent. I was disappointed to see that everytime after spending this much of money. Returned this Mac book.

I ordered a mac laptop, mouse, and printer. I've received all but the printer. I have heard nothing if I will be receiving the printer. All has been paid too.

I really like this MacBook Pro - 13" with the Touch Bar. it's fast and easy to navigate with the handy Touch Bar and multi swipe/browse options on the Touch Pad. Looking to purchase another MacBook for my daughter soon.
