We bought this as a graduation gift for our son and it was the perfect choice for him. Fast, great display and good size.

Quick and responsive, nice key clicks backlit, Touch ID is handy, clear vivid screen makes motion, photos or text easy to work with, along with a battery that easily lasts throughout the day- even though this is a base model. Now that many cloud options are more user friendly and download functional, will make this lower storage a great budget power machine. Don’t forget a dongle to be able to hook up... well... everything that’s not Bluetooth or the charger.

Love this laptop ! I bought this one after my old Mac Pro of almost 8 years starting glitching. It still works like the first day I bought it, and o use it for school, work and basically everyday. Battery also really lasts. Make sure you buy the adapter for USB and HDMI cables. Love the touchscreen aspect of it, makes it so unique.

Perfect size and beautiful to look at. It's an Apple so it's expensive but the last one we owned we kept for 10 years.

Apple MacBook Pro. Just gorgeous machine! Feels sturdy, it is fast, just like all Apple products. I must confess that in previous years i did not understand why Apple has so many loyal customers, now i get it. This is the first time with a Mac Computer and i think i would never go back to a PC. I just love it.

This computer is fast, thin and has a great keyboard. A great screen too. It's likely the best computer out there today. But it does have a lack of ports. The charging cable is a joke too. I'd give it a 10/10 if you fix those problems. As is, it is an 8/10.

I wish I would have returned this the second I realized that this Mac had no USB ports, SD Card slot, or Ethernet port. Instead, there are two USB-C ports, which required me to purchase additional cords/hardware/adapters. It’s super annoying to have a USB-C hub dangling from my laptop. I’m also disappointed that I can’t upgrade the Ram or SSD. Had I known, I would have purchased the 16gb laptop from the very beginning. I was also hoping that the newer macs would run games better, they do not. And finally, the battery on my older Mac pro last 2-3 hours longer than this one.
