I bought it brand new online and picked it up in a store. I got a box that had a very slight dent on a side, which I tried to ignore. But on my big surprise inside was the laptop with two slight dents on the chassis. Also, battery life was not what I expected since my son has the very same MacBook just in different color, bought in a different store. I am very suspicious about that I got a previously used item, not the brand new one. I am very disappointed.

It was not user friendly and It was Getting too hot . Sometime browsing cursor on page would not work .

The MacBook works great. I am totally disappointed with Best Buy. This is my second MacBook I purchased this year and I just found out that Best Buy does NOT count any of my Apple purchase to my Best Buy points. I was NEVER told that I would not get any Best Buy points for purchasing Apple. Completely DISAPPOINTED with Best Buy. Their sales reps should have informed me.

Not sure what the problem was but had a catastrophic failure with this laptop screen. Won’t work. Nothing provoked it either. Went to apple store as was told was my best option. Sent it in to fix the failed screen - no water damage or drop. Apple couldn’t fix and told me to buy a new one…. Just over a year old. 1 year 4 months…. Apple care wasn’t purchased.

Battery life is nothing like my macbook air. Dies within a few hours.

Not much of a change between the 2020 air and pro, should have gone with that one and saved some money

Its a Mac. it is metal and has buttons power and lights with a screen and junk. sweet==same old junk.

I wouldn’t have jumped on this if Apple had been more forthcoming about moving to its own silicon and ditching Intel chips within a matter of months. That said, it’s a great computer, the Best Buy experience was a positive one, and technology is such a rapidly evolving thing that whatever you buy is generally bordering on obsolescence in a year anyway.

Not really worth the price. Battery life isn’t the best and performance mocks a 300$ windows PC.

I love my MacBook Pro! Only reason I gave 3 stars, is because of the horrible camera.

The worst place that anyone can choose to buy something is Best Buy, only 15 days to be able to return the products even when they are sold to you defective, you go to twenty days checking that there is no physical damage if not the hardware and you lose your money if you do not go directly to Apple for example in my case, Best Buy does not help you at all and treats you like garbage

If you got hard time seeing this comp. isnt for you better off with the bigger screen.

Loved this laptop but it stopped charging after 18 months. Needed a major repair. For the cost, I would not recommend. I paid the extra to invest in a macbook but it still needed major repairs. It was treated very nicely too--no liquids and never dropped.

It only lasted me 2 months because it keeps having technical issues

it seemed great at first but i am a chromebook user so this was a nightmare to use

I would recommend this laptop 10/10 especially with the protection plans they offer along with the other little deals you can get as well(like the free Apple Music for 6 months, and internet security.) if shipping had its own ratting it would be a 1, I will never us shipping from Best Buy again.

Bought on 06/01/20 Macbook Pro died on 11/2020. Wouldn't charge or power on. I went back to best buy to return it. Best Buy said "honestly what they would do is take it down the street to an apple certified dealer - Di-no Computers (they are closed now - it was a Sunday) they will fix it. Otherwise we have to ship it back to Apple. You could get it back minimum of 2 weeks maximum I have seen 4 months or longer". I asked how I was supposed to work remotely with a broken computer. They had no answers. Last time I buy a computer from best buy.
