I am very surprised that this MBP is slower than my 2015 MBP. We are not even talking about task intensive work, just web browsing and google docs etc. If you open too many tabs this computer will slow down or become very sluggish. Right not I will return this and see if the newer M1 is any better.

2 usb-c port are not enough. you need to buy usb-c adaptor for extra port.

Good laptop other than the Battery life sucks. Vey disappointed.

Good condition to use this product. I would refer friends to use it.

nice update, I think by next year there will be a new Ipad availed.

Got a "NEW" MacBook Pro from Best Buy for $1299. Apps won't update. Keeps saying that the apps cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID. Spoke with Apple support since Best Buy support is useless got no one to speak to. Was advised to delete the apps and reinstall. it worked but now it happened again. Apple support suggested that I checked with Best Buy if this MacBook was used as a floor model, refurbished , returned or used for any other reason before it was sold to me. Due to someone else's Apple ID being used to install/download apps. Never had problems with my other Apple devices.

For the price wasn't really worth it. Upgraded to the M1

Not what I expected, I found myself touching the screen a lot but it’s not touch screen. The bar is not even important. If you remember what it’s for then you can use it, but half the time I don’t use the bar. Would really like to change and go back to PC.

Can’t get logged on software issues. Very frustrating

This review is for Best Buy not for the product. It was a good deal but Best Buy did not let me use my coupon for another MacBook which was on full price. What’s the use of giving the coupons to customers when Best Buy has a ton of exclusions???

Stop working after 2 years… not so happy about that. However before it stopped working, it was nice. Apple care expired sept 17 and it stopped working a few days after that

You cannot even save files on the computer itself! They all go to cloud, you can’t connect USBs unless you purchase separate accessories. You can probably work faster on your phone! It’s more than $1000 and it’s not even touch screen or as advanced as other less expensive laptops from competitive brands. Save your money and do not purchase it just cause it’s Apple! It is NOT worth it.

The MacBook wasn’t all that. The tough at was such a nice touch but other than that it didn’t really fit me for what I needed. If you’re more into art this would be perfect for you.

Nothing wrong with the computer I just was used to a PC and I kept trying to make adjustments to make it more like a PC and finally gave up and exchanged it for a Lenovo. Right click, vertical drag, Outlook compatibility to name a few.

Upgraded from a MacBook Pro Late 2014, love the new scissor mechanism for the keyboard. The main issue with this Mac is that it overheats really fast. All I did was open Safari (didn't search anything) and the fans went full speed and it's loud enough to hear across a room. My old Mac that's almost 6 years old doesn't even do this and it's so quiet. With the overheating and excessive high fan speed, the longevity for this device is worrysome and I do not recommend this to anyone. I have since returned the device and am waiting for the redesign of the Macbook Pro in hopes of better performance with Apple Silicon and better cooling.

Great laptop but the batter is awful. My batter never lasts longer than 2.5 hours, and during the pandemic I needed it to run for longer than 2.5 hours.

It terrible that it Hasn’t even been a month and the display flickers itself and went off on my new MacBook Pro that I purchase just about almost a month it’s frustrating I don’t know what to do help !
