I expected much more from the "great" name fo Apple. Macbook Pro may be OK for people who don't spend much time on their computers but want something to catch the eye of people that one may use it in front of. It is too small for me, the keyboard is difficult to navigate. If I spend more time on a particular site, like Klondike, the unit heats up and a message appears across the top of the screen, to close this tab to increase the response of the computer. I thought I would try an Apple product and was greatly disappointed. I am returning it.

had to return for replacement after a week of purchase. didn't have same model in stock. had to purchase upgraded model for more money.

My computer is really slow and the speakers sound as if they have been blown out. I don’t know if the computer I got was a return. I’m just upset with the performance overall.

Bought this MacBook in 2020 it’s still running almost like new, the whole process was super easy and quick! I recommend this laptop for sure

I bought this laptop for my sister wedding as a gift for her. She opened it after after fews days and used for 5 min and it crashed. When I tried to open it, it flash up logo and doesn't open. I tried everything to fix but no result. I went to bestbuy to fix it but they told me it's been 15 days since i bought it so they cannot return,replace or fix it. I paid $1300 and I am stuck with it now. My last chance is to have apple look at it. I hope they can fixed it and I don't have to pay fortune for it.

The laptop is beautifully designed. I love the touch bar and how quick the laptop loads. I also really enjoy that I can play Sims4 on it. However, I wouldnt recommend this for gaming as it overheats very fast

Would not recommend. wait for the new CPU. The quality itself is not bad. if you really need a Mac right now, then it's fine.

Camera isn’t that great wasn’t upgraded from previous model. Screen goes black during times. Operations system is smooth.

I am beyond happy with my purchase of the new MacBook Pro. I have had a lot of experience with other computers and I was always left very unsatisfied with them. I knew that I wanted a MacBook but I wasn’t sure which model I wanted. I needed a good computer that I could use for my schooling. I had heard that MacBooks are great for uses such as that but I still wanted to do some research. After doing multiple days of research, I settled on the new MacBook Pro 2020 with the 13-inch screen. This model also came with the touch bar and touch ID. This computer is very lightweight, making it so much easier to carry it from place to place. Although it is lightweight, it is not at all flimsy, weighing around 3 pounds. Another one of my favorite things about this computer is that I am able to connect all of my other Apple devices to it. I am able to sync my phone, watch, and iPad to this computer. By doing this, I receive text messages, calls, and emails on all of my Apple devices. Another great thing about this computer is the keyboard. The Mac’s keyboard has so many options that most computers don’t have. The keys on the keyboard light up so it is much easier to use in dimmer or dark areas. My computer has the touch bar and touch ID. On this bar you have a bunch of different options. The touch ID in the top right corner of the keyboard can be used to get into the computer, instead of typing in the password. You simply place your finger on the pad and it will make sure your finger is a match. This saves so much time getting into your computer. There are still so many things on this computer that I have to learn, but as of now I am so impressed, and I couldn’t be happier with this MacBook. It is definitely worth the money and I would buy it again!

I bought apple as I thought they were the best but have keyboard issue after the return period expired. Not happy at all.

apple sucks, for this price you might as well get a way better pc

Purchased open box from the Best Buy website. The description said it came with the charger, but when I received it not only was a it not in anytime of box (not even generic replacement box) it also did not come with a charger. This purchase felt like it was made from Craigs list, I never been so disappointed with a company in my life.

I would never ever buy an Apple Computer from Best Buy again OR Best Buy Citi Card. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, JUST A CALL CENTER !! NO ONE FROM EITHER PLACE CAN EXPLAIN WHY A RETURN AND THEN REBILL FOR CORRECTED PRICE. THAT IS SO EASY TO IDENTIFY! A VERY SLOOPY OPERATION !!!! ALWAYS BUY APPLE PRODUCTS FROM APPLE AND YOU BE VERY SATISFIED !!!

I am having trouble using the computer and it doesn't have a HDMI port like it said it would

I don’t have any issue with the computer, the purchase done under portion the the statement for me tell I have to pay all the amount, called costumer service (it the worst service I have ever had) called for 7 time all the employees hanged out with me , then last person finally solved the issue, and now waiting the new statement.

Love the Apple MacBook it came defected Bestbuy did not want to help at all !!!
