I ended up returning this, not because it was great but because someone was ungrateful for the gift. If I need another I would have probably kept it for myself. Anyway, as always Apple is a great product. This was slim, light and gorgeous.

Solid computer and I was upgrading from the Pro 2015 model. The speaker quality is so much better, it’s significantly lighter, looks so much sharper, is thinner, and love the software updates. HOWEVER, not having the plug-ins on the sides has been a huge adjustment and I’m not a big fan of having to use the add-on to simply plug in my phone or an HDMI cord... that being said it’s a good computer and I’m sure I’ll get over having to use the extension.

I was very sketchy about buying a laptop online, especially on a company I've never bought anything from or have ever gone into. I do not regret my decision. I have had the macbook 13 pro (the one I bought) for about a month now and so far its been amazing and very helpful. I'm about to start college soon and since I've had Apple electronics for years now I know that Apple won't let me down on my studies. It is a good size for me since I plan on carrying my laptop around with me and it doesn't weigh that much. Just a tip though; if you are a gamer and like to play games on laptops then I don't recommend this one. I recommend you look at other website for the price differences and you'll see that bestbuy had the best price by far. I am very happy with my purchase and hope to purchase more things from bestbuy :) Thank you so much.

I went from a chromebook to a MacBook...WOW; what a difference!! The MacBook is so easy to use and so much faster in comparison. The graphics are incredible and the battery life is insanely long. I highly recommend this product.

Fast, efficient, plenty of power. Easy to use. "Open Box" no problem. But Macs are always overpriced by Apple and "not really very helpful" bells and whistles like the Touch ID and the Touch Bar probably add to the price.

Very nice machine. Thin, light, powerful. Quick startup, long lasting battery charge. Clear video and sound. Set up from previous Apple iPad was quick and painless. Synchronization across MacBook, iPad, and iPhone is seamless.

This has been an excellent purchase. I decided to upgrade to a newer version of a MacBook Pro after having one since 2013. This newer version is lighter, has a faster processor, and the touch bar is a great addition.

Great MacBook Pro. Touch bar is snappy and responsive, display is great, and quick processor. Only downside for me is lack of ports/card readers, so I purchased a usb c hub to add the additional.

The Apple MacBook Pro is the perfect laptop for a new college student. It has all the memory and speed needed, while being lightweight and easily portable. The discount given for students is also a huge plus.

I really love my MacBook. This model was a good price for what I have been using it for. I think I would have gone for the larger 16GB of RAM for faster loading times, but I thought the upgrade for that was kind of expensive. The Touch Bar has actually been more useful than I initially thought it would be. I had never had a computer with the Touch Bar before. It automatically changes depending on what program you’re using. I like it. Overall this has been a good computer for everyday use. I think if you are gaming though you may need a more powerful model.

I bough this as an "excellent" open box. I was pleased that it had only 5 charge cycles on it, and it was in crisp physical condition. I would highly recommend getting an open box, because you save upto 200 bucks, and if the condition is not up to your standards then you can always return it within 14 days. As for the MacBook, it is awesome. It is my first MacBook, and I love doing work on it, or even just surfing the internet. Its super quick, boots up within a minute, can play a video while surfing the web and checking the email without any problem. The Touch Bar is not necesssarily something I use a lot, but it looks cool, and I suspect its always best for resale to have all the latest technology. Super Satisfied!

While this is a great system, I was disappointed with the build quality of this 2020 model. I'm not sure if there is a rush to produce more units, but two separate MacBooks each had build quality issues. One unit made a noise when the hinge was opened, and was slightly misaligned, while the other made a pop noise when you touched the laptop lid. Normally I may be able to overlook these issues, but with the price point and identical specs to the 2019 model (other than the keyboard) I wasn't as impressed. Other than the minor issues with build, this MacBook performed well for daily tasks. The fans did get a bit loud for me when playing a game like The Sims, or doing photo moderate photo editing. Too many Safari tabs with high quality photos also proved to be a daunting task for this model. Ultimately, I decided to return both units, but would still recommend for someone that needs a bit more power than the MacBook Air and wants a portable computer with good longevity. Just be sure to check out any quality issues while you're still within return policy. Best Buy was great through this process!

Updated from an older Lenovo laptop and it’s no where near comparison. Fast processor and easy to use for iPhone owners! The Touch Bar at the top of the keypad is my wife’s favorite feature.

This is my first Mac and I am thrilled! I was skeptical at first because of the price, it's well worth it. I got the Macbook Pro, the screen quality is fantastic! It's super fast, and very lightweight. I would give it 5 stars but it only has 3 ports and you may have to purchase an adapter. This has been a real pick me up during this Pandemic. It's well worth the Price!!!

I love this MacBook Pro! I had a 2017 MacBook Pro and needed to upgrade because the camera stopped working. The backlit magic keyboard and Touch Bar are the things that I noticed first when I opened and started using the MacBook Pro 2020. The Touch Bar makes it so easy to navigate websites, apps, writing documents, and pretty much anything I am doing. The battery lasts quite a bit longer than my old MacBook Pro. There really isn't anything that I have found that I dislike with this laptop. I am so happy that I decided to make this purchase.

I’ve been a Windows user since the beginning and although I had iPads and iPhones, I mostly had Android devices. I switched back to a Apple with the iPhone 11 Pro and started getting other devices. I grabbed this MacBook Pro when it was $200 off and I could not be happier. This device is powerful, beautiful, and great to use. I love being able to work on my iPhone and pick it up on my Mac, and vice versa. My Apple Watch unlocks my Mac, and everything about the Apple ecosystem is great! I wish I made the full switch years ago.

I purchased this “base” model MacBook Pro for light photo editing and occasional video editing with iMovie because my MacBook Air tended to slow down / lag little while multitasking. So far I’m pretty impressed with it. I feel like it is worth the upgrade from an older MacBook Air. The last MacBook Pro I owned served me for 6 whole years before i decided to sell it. I think this MacBook Pro is powerful enough to serve me for 6 years going forward. The screen is beautiful, the keyboard is fantastic, I honestly enjoy typing out documents on this machine. So long butterfly keys! You obviously won’t be able to play any intense games on this thing but it is capable enough to do some light gaming. Battery life is very good, I would say I average about 6 hours of use before I need to plug in. Your usage may vary. I have two complaints about this model. 1.) it only has two usb -c ports. Fortunately they are both thunderport capable. I wish it at least had an SD card reader since I do a lot of photo and video editing. 2.) I wish it had the same speakers the more expensive model has. They sound fine, but I wish they had the Down firing woofers also. Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes! I honestly don’t think you will find a better laptop at this price point. Apple build quality is very good, and their customer service is the best. I am confident that this laptop will hold up for at least 5 years.

I recently purchased this 13" MacBook Pro to replace my MacBook Pro purchased in 2012. This computer is so much faster than the older one. I thought the older one, which lasted almost 9 years, was wonderful, but this is a great improvement. The display is much brighter and clearer. The sound is much improved and I love the new Touch Bar across the top of the keyboard. If you buy this model you will not be disappointed! I bought the model with the Intel chip, not the M1. I had read where there are some problems with the M1 models. Of course, I am sure they have probably been resolved by now.

We got this for my high school daughter. Love the space and speed. Love the screen size and Touch Bar. She can get all her work done in this without buying or installing anything

My favorite laptop! Small and compact, great screen, use it for high performance softwares and it does the work. Smooth design like always, battery last for long time.
